My wife and I received amazing 90 minute massage treatments from Glenna and Ana. They arrived a few minutes early to set up, checked in with us about what type of treatment we were looking for, and got right to work. Incredibly therapeutic. read more

I had the best massage I've had in a very long time with Glenna at Avila Beach Massage. Perfect pressure and she was very kind and careful. It's awesome to have your massage in your own hotel room! My husband booked my birthday weekend at Avila La Fonda Hotel and it was the cutest room and delight to have a massage in the room by Glenna! Going to call her if I'm ever in Avila Beach again!! read more

Therapists Glenna and Ana were communicative with scheduling and coordinating arrival, they were thorough in assessing massage concerns, and provided exceptional massages to my spouse and I. I would strongly recommend their services and will schedule with them again when in the area. read more

Glenna is a rare gem. She provided an experience rather than just a service She is clearly connected with what she does and made a sincere effort to understand me physically and energetically to know how to proceed and provide a massage that I truly needed. read more

Scott and Ana were wonderful! They listened to what we needed/wanted and we couldn't believe that they fit both tables in our hotel room. It was a great couples' massage for our mini-getaway to Avila Beach. I removed 1 star not for Ana and Scott, but the fact that the website didn't mention there was a $12 travel fee so yes, the masseuse will come to you, but there was a fee on top of the cost of the massage. Mentioning that in an obvious place on the website would be helpful. read more

Just had the most relaxing and stress melting 1.5hr massage from this gem at Avila La Fonda hotel for my wedding anniversary. -amazing-. Highly recommend! read more

We had the BEST AMAZING MASSAGE!! Ask for Victoria and Daniel! They came to our room at the San Luis Bay Inn to do a couples massage for us and both were very professional, intuitive, friendly, and definitely knew what they were doing! Even though the weather wasn't great and it was raining, they still made it. Everything they did was on point. Consistent even pressure over the right areas of the muscles. Every movement and timing was smooth and just right before I thought I would be in pain, my body went into utter relaxation. When she got to my neck, she turned my head side to side as she went over my neck and shoulders- something I've never experienced and wished everyone else would do. Their music, aromatic scents and oils with the sounds of the waves through our window was surreal. We felt so good and still can't stop talking about how perfect everything went. We will definitely be getting another one next time we're in town!!! read more

Hands down one of the best massages we've gotten. Found Glenna And Madeline while looking for massage therapy on Google and Yelp. They get nothing but great reviews and I now understand why ... Glenna is very responsive to questions, scheduling, and show notice changes (sorry, I was that person). She made booking this appointment and the session itself very comfortable. They are very professional and safe. I was very impressed with their Covid-19 safely procedures. If you're in the area and want a great massage for a reasonable price, give them a call or send an email. You won't regret it! read more

Great experience! They responded quickly to my last minute request for a massage while vacationing with my husband. Danielle was my therapist and she was truly incredible. I was able to relax and she worked wonders on the knots and tension in my upper back and shoulders. She also went over on time. Very pleased . Highly recommend. read more

What an absolute treat this was! Can't say enough about how professional, easy and relaxing the massage was from booking to finish. This is definitely something my husband and I will continue to do rather than going to a spa. Both masseuse were friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. If you are thinking about booking, do it! You won't regret it read more

I cannot express how grateful I am to Glenna, Danielle, Krischen for making our 60th birthday celebration so lovely by coming to our airbnb and treating us to massages. Beyond being beautiful humans, their skills surpassed the highest end luxury spas we've visited. What a treat and a delight. I highly recommend Glenna's company when you're in the SLO area. read more

I had a 60 minute session today with Glenna, and it was amazing. Having a massage in my hotel room was a first for me, but it was a great experience. Glenna arrived in plenty of time before our appointment to set up, and she asked all the needed questions to make sure my massage was just what I needed. She stepped inside the hotel room's bathroom while I got undressed and onto the table. She utilized wonderful essential oils (after making sure I didn't have any sensitivity or aversion to it), and she covered all the areas of tension I had mentioned, in addition to providing a thorough full-body massage. I had two areas I asked her to avoid due to sensitivity, and she was very mindful of this. She was responsive to my feedback, and adjusted whenever needed. I would absolutely recommend Glenna's services to anyone looking for mobile massage services in the area! read more

My husband and I live in Paso Robles, and we were staying at a hotel in Pismo for a much needed staycation. Communication began via email and they responded very quickly. Some basic information exchanged both ways and then we were set. I texted with the room number upon check-in and the next evening Danielle and Daniel arrived. They were quick to set up, discussed physical ailments/needs, then set the tone with relaxing music. My therapist was Danielle and my husbands was Daniel. They checked in from time to time regarding pressure and if we were doing OK. I received deep tissue from Danielle and it was the perfect amount of pressure. I even fell asleep!! Both on my back and tummy. Which has NEVER happened. So that is saying something! I highly recommend booking them for a wonderful massage! read more

Tried to book a massage but there was limited availability to schedule appointments and after going back and forth with a couple different dates was told that I would not be able to be helped as I had made "a lot of changes" ie tried to find a time and date that worked for me via email. I was only offered two appointments by the scheduler prior to this before being turned away. However, scheduler was polite in email and quickly responsive. read more

2 masseuse came to our hotel Avila La Fonda, and brought everything. This was my 2nd massage and it was great. However, my it was my boyfriends massage. He wasn't a big fan. Since it was his first massage he didn't know what to expect or what to do when getting a massage. He said that the massage was too hard in pressure. His masseuse didn't ask him throughout the massage how the pressure was but my masseuse did ask me throughout the massage. I was a little sad to hear that he didn't have a good first massage/experience. The 2 masseuse did do a great job in bringing all supplies and etc. they also know our hotel very well. They brought and played music, used great smelling products and the massage table was so comfy! They are also good in privacy and cleanliness. read more

Super wonderful! We just had the greatest tandem two hour massage for our anniversary. I wish we would have found this service years ago. Best massage ever & experience too. Glenna & Madeleine were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend for every visit to the coast from now on! Thank you Avila Beach Massage! read more

I scheduled an in-room massage back in October while on vacation in Avila and it was wonderful! I am used to getting a massage about once a month but had not gotten one since shelter in place regulations. As regulations lifted I traveled to Avila as my first excursion out of the house in a long while, and wanted to treat myself. I was very nervous about what to expect but Glenna was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and secure about the process and that she would be wearing a mask the whole time and explained her sanitization process. I think proceeded to get the most wonderful massage I have ever had. She melted away all my stress, and even focused a little extra time on a few problem areas around my neck and shoulders. We joked that for my vacation she "gave me my ears back" instead of having my shoulders hunched up near them from being on the computer the whole time. I will definitely be booking her again once traveling is again OK. read more

My husband and I booked an in-room couples massage where we were staying, Inn and the Cove. We got Glenna and Ana and 90 glorious minutes later, we were unfortunately all done. They were even patient with our elderly dog who was walking around for the first 30 minutes. Will 100% book again the next time we come back. read more

Booking the appointment was very easy and professional. Danielle and Victoria showed up at our Lighthouse Suite in Avila Beach with all their gear. We chatted a bit to figure out what we wanted. Danielle took care of my wife while Victoria got me. The calming music came on, the air filled with the aroma of essential oils and an hour of bliss ensued. It went by so fast. Aahhhhh. I highly recommend Avila Beach Massage. read more

Amazing service. Had Esther come and do a couples massage for us. Due to Covid, we went one at a time, and she set up on our hotel room's balcony which was great as it was essentially a massage on the beach! Pros: - heated blanket - towel warmer - essential oils to choose from - friendly service Cons: - none Suggestions for owner: Would be nice to get a little more information as far as what to expect (ie: heated blanket, towel warmer, etc.) but was great! read more

Glenna was my massage therapist and she was great! Honestly, if you're staying at the Inn at the Cove, you MUST treat yourself to a massage with Avila Beach Mobile Massage. It set the perfect tone for my relaxing getaway. I've never had a mobile massage before but I think I chose the perfect place for my first experience. Going to a spa is great with all of their amenities but there's something special about getting to relax in your own room right after the massage. And with the amazing oceanfront view at the hotel, it was just the best! Make sure to book ahead of your stay to secure a slot or they might be booked up. read more

Glenna and Danielle made our stay in Avila super relaxing! I called upon arriving Friday evening and got a call back a couple minutes later accommodating our request for a couples massage the next morning. They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and their experience shown through both in the questions asked and in their technique. I recommend at least the deluxe massage to experience the gloriousness of warm towels and essential oils. As a fellow mobile business owner I greatly appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. NOTE: If you want to tip after service, only cash is accepted. The only ATM in Avila is at Mr. Rick's bar and they don't open till noon! read more

Booked a massage while starting at Inn at the Cove in Pismo. I called and booked for the next day and I was so happy they were able to see me. I got an amazing 75 minute massage by Glenna! Wow, just wow. My friend and I are here from the Bay Area for a little rest and relaxation. I found Avila Beach Massage and was excited that they come to you, so I promptly booked 2 appointments. Glenna arrived on time and quickly set up her table and station. The aura and energy that exuded from her was absolutely amazing and healing at the same time. She took the time to ask about my body and any issues I may have and took that into consideration during the massage. And the massage itself was wonderful. Exactly what I needed. And when she was done I was literally a puddle of calmness. I would 100% have Glenna or any of her staff give me a massage at any time. Highly highly recommend!! read more
