If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!…read more A group of three of us booked appointments at Coco's Head Spa, and every single one of us walked out saying it was one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was peaceful, spotless, and so relaxing. My massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. Every detail of the experience felt intentional, and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Cindy for coming in on her day off to take care of one of the women in our group. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Cindy! It's not often that all three people in a group have equally amazing experiences, but that was exactly the case for us. If you're looking for a place to unwind, be pampered, and receive exceptional service from a talented team, Coco's Head Spa is absolutely worth the visit. We can't wait to come back!

I had a couples massage this afternoon for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary. We…read morealready paid $180, and on top of that, they were practically begging us to leave a tip. When I politely said no because we were already paying a hefty price, they argued with us as if tipping was mandatory. Are you serious? A tip is supposed to be optional, not something customers should be pressured into giving! On top of that, we originally agreed to a full-body massage for $160, but they added hot stones without clearly explaining that it would cost extra in the middle of the massage, bringing our total to $180. That should have been communicated to us beforehand. The massage itself was good, but I was also uncomfortable with the male therapist repeatedly pulling up the blanket and getting too close to my private areas. Regardless of the type of massage being performed, therapists need to be mindful, professional, and respectful of their clients' personal boundaries. I should not have to feel uncomfortable or question whether my privacy is being respected during a massage. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Between the unexpected additional charge, the pressure to tip, and the discomfort I experienced during the massage, I would expect much better customer service and professionalism, especially for the price we paid.
