An OK massage place! Be prepared for noise, and to be essentially harassed for a tip at the end. I…read morewon't be returning, but maybe you will! I called to book a 90-minute deep tissue massage, however they did not ask my name or really even care to confirm my visit time, so I thought ok fine, I'll just show up and hope for the best! Once I arrived I was kindly greeted, asked about my preferences and led into a nice, but somewhat "central" massage room. I am VERY used to receiving massages, but somehow this whole operation seemed a little rushed. Once I was on the massage table, my masseuse was very kind, asking questions to ensure I was comfortable, and provided a very nice massage session. However, these massage rooms are barely "rooms", and you can hear every patron entering, leaving, paying, talking, and even the music from the neighboring restaurants in the shopping center. My masseuse did his best to create a relaxing environment, utilizing a space heater and creating some white noise, but it was ultimately overshadowed by the staff having to speak from room-to-room to eachother mid-session, to ensure other patrons needs were being met. That being said, it was a nice massage. I was relaxed and felt great, until it came time to check-out... My 90-minute massage was fair, and cost $92, as advertised. Upon trying to leave a cash tip (I thought $10 would suffice) after paying by card. I was basically told that my tip amount was insufficient and that I would need to swipe my card again. Feeling bad, I did, only for the masseuse to FILL OUT HIS OWN determined tip on the iPad--an extra $15. I was honestly so taken aback that I didn't truly realize how violating it was until I left the building. It made the whole experience feel very scam-like, and unfortunately I don't plan to return, but if anyone reading this does want to give Panda Massage a try, do NOT let yourself be conned into tipping more than you feel appropriate!

I feel is my duty to leave this review, I pay for 30 minutes massage they only did 12 minutes and charge as 30. I walk in at 8:59 and text my sister at exactly 8:59 to let her know I was having a 30 minutes massage next to her. When I try to show the lady that charge me for 30 minutes she started screaming been upset, I try showing her the time of my text n she show me a piece of paper were she had wrote 8:41pm. I said can u at lest hear me out n told her is not like I was expecting her to do the right thing n refund me the other half or even worse allow her to give me the rest of the massage, I just wanted to show her my evidence n she will not allow me and kept talking in her language to the other two ladies. This happen yesterday June 25 at 8:59 pm n my massage was over at 9:12pm. My sister n dad that were having a 30 minutes massage in the beds at the planet fitness were still at their massage. They were the one that made me realize my massage was less then 15 minutes, I'm not from California, I will not recommend this place not even one star.

My husband and sister in law got a message here last year and they liked it. The women were…read morefriendly and the environment was quiet. The only thing that was unsettling was that a man came out from the back and took the payment, he then proceeded to say "tip her" and it was just the way he said it and how awkward it made the room. Granted my husband was going to tip her anyway, but to demand a tip in an aggressive manner was uncomfortable. It gave us reason to believe that that is the only form of payment to these women and the man keeps most of their earnings. Whatever the case may be, tipping is a gratitude not an expectation and I can't help but wonder what would have happened if my husband or anyone else in that position for that matter had no intentions of tipping.

I've gotten many massages before, and unfortunately this one didn't meet my expectations. About a…read morequarter of the time, the massage was done through the sheet, and the rest of the time there was an excessive amount of oil used, which made it feel more messy and rushed than relaxing. The space itself is very clean, but it seemed understaffed. We arrived around 3:45 pm for our 4:00 pm appointment, rang the bell, and a staff member came out of a massage room looking confused about our booking before asking us to sit and wait. There were also a few inconsistencies in the experience. I was offered a heated bed, but my partner, who had an appointment at the same time, was not. Small details like that made the experience feel less thoughtful. Additionally, the staff didn't come across as very welcoming, and when I was lying face down, the sheets had a damp, wet-laundry smell, which was off-putting. Overall, while the space is clean, the service and overall experience didn't stand out, and it's not a place I would return to or recommend.
