Tried many places and waves is the best. I have to get regular massages. They make me feel safe and happy.

In my experience the massage was great! It was safe, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and offered heater and warm towels which always make the massage feel extra good. First off, the building smells horrific. I got a deep tissue massage, which was pretty good! I would recommend a massage there, however at the end I went to give her a $10 tip, and she straight up said "How about a $15 tip". i was mind blown. read more

This is the worst massage place in town and should close. Mediocre at best. Cleanliness of the sheets questionable. Therapist demanded a 25% tip and then got mad because I tipped less. Should not have received any tip. Avoid. read more

This place was horrible!! Online says that an hour massage is $60, I walked in and she said it was $70. Massage wasn't wonderful. The owner digged her elbow into my back the whole time. I asked for her to work on my neck and she barely touched it. Once the massage was over I went to hand her a tip and she laughed and told me that I need to tip 20%. Her massage was not worth 20%. She then proceeded to ask if she could add the rest of the tip onto the card. She was so rude and unprofessional. I will never come back again. Love love love the massages here, deep tissue at a reasonable rate, walk ins welcome so no calling a head 3 days to get a short hour with attitude. You must come here, ask for Karen!! My massage was good enough, but the service was awful. What was suppose to be an hour massage was 45 minutes and during that time the masseuse took a phone call and had a conversation, spoke to someone who knocked on the door while giving me a massage and kept looking outside of the room to check the front desk. It is getting to be a running joke - these massage places. I keep hoping against hope that I will get lucky and find a good one. Not this time- the massage was mediocre, the pressure was decent But the technique is just lacking. Too jerky and slapping and it is not relaxing at all. To add more insult to my now injured body- I got no face, arm or hand massage included. And pile one more insult in there, I was chastised for not paying cash ( even though it say they take cards ) then charged the fee for the card and the mocked for the tip I left. So.... back to square one and I will not be using this or any of the other "cookie cutter type strip mall massage parlors". I will have to try another route. read more

I walked in at 1:10pm for a 30 min massage, massage started at 1:15. The lady performing the massage steps out to greet another customer who walked in to inquire for a massage at 1:30pm (I overheard worker tell him to wait "5 minutes")... she took a couple of minutes until she returned to my massage. My neck massage was untouched (something I asked her to focus on from the beginning). She returned and completed the massage in less than 5 minutes. I reminded her the time the massage started and that I had about 10 min remaining but I insisted to leave asap as I was over it. She discounted the rate a few dollars... BUT SERIOUSLY??? My boyfriend and I went to Pismo for my birthday and chose this place for a couple's massage. I would have to say it was the worst massage I've ever had! Do not waste your money. The one I got my massage from seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. The worst part, she was wearing bracelets that kept scratching my back ! Needed to get a massage and they did the job. It wasn't the best massage I ever received but for being local the price was fair. Nice decor, nice private rooms, kind of difficult to communicate with the staff. A hot stone whole body massage was $50.00 for one hour.
