I knew I would be very involved with choosing all of our vendors and doing all of the planning so this was the perfect amount of help for our situation. We also got an hour of her time to use how we wanted and we chose to use it by having her attend our final meeting with our caterer. She asked the perfect questions! Brooke ensured all of our vendors knew their responsibilities and where / when to show up. She helped me coordinate things like who needed parking, who required a hot meal, etc. to ensure I didn't miss anything with all of the contracts. She helped coordinate our rehearsal at the actual church (not the dinner) and she spent the day of with my bridesmaids and me making sure we were on time to everything. While we did pictures around the city, she went to our reception venue to ensure everything was set up correctly. The few (tiny) issues that did come up on the actual wedding day she handled without even getting us involved. It was perfect! My parents were skeptical about having someone help us because they thought they could do everything I needed the day of the wedding, but I wanted everyone to be able to relax and have fun without worrying about all the details. We were not sure what to expect because like any bigger business, they have to coordinate with videographer and photographer on if they are available. The experience was pretty smooth. We picked Gregory I. and Daniel C. out of the list because we liked the samples they they have on their website. Both were professional throughout the event. The grooms party had a little hick up with the schedule which unfortunately affected some of the pictures. Daniel was our photographer and pivoted when he could which made taking pictures. Daniel also had the unfortunate task to coordinating pictures of 2 very large families, which he did a great job with. Gregory was our videographer. I like Gregory but sometime it is slightly difficult to inform him of changes due to him being pretty busy. A good thing is that he has worked with Daniel at events before so they were able to get some great shots along with guiding the party for some nice memorable pictures and video. Both were great to work with and I would recommend this company for special events. I think if you are specific to what you want and you let them know, they can work with you on getting specific shots. So here are some things I would probably change. For Daniel, I am not sure if he took several shots of the family pictures since there were quite a bit, but there were some with people's eyes that were closed. As for Gregory, do to the expanse of the venue we chose, the audio during the ceremony is hard to hear. I am not sure if there is a way to get 2 mics and see which would have gotten better sound. Overall: My experience with Eivan's Photo Inc was a good experience. I would say though, Daniel and Gregory were the photography/videography team I worked with that did a great job, so I cannot comment on how the other photographers/videographers are.
