Here's a fun, creative rewrite of your Yelp review:…read more Holy moly, these guys are absolute patio cover slayers! They tackled our monstrous solid-top patio cover like it was no big deal--poof, gone! Super responsive, showed up right on time (like, who does that?!), and went above and beyond with a cleanup so spotless I thought they brought a magic wand. The price? Totally fair, no sneaky add-ons or surprise fees. My husband's a contractor, so I'm basically the Simon Cowell of home improvement, and these guys got a standing ovation from me! 10/10, would hire again faster than you can say "patio perfection!"

Within a span of a week or two of meeting Marco (Jr.) for a consultation, we were already so impressed by his knowledge and ability to carefully explain the cement process thoroughly, that we decided to hire M&M for our backyard cement project without hesitation. We were able to get scheduled relatively quickly and it took approximately a day and a half from start to finish for excavation, drainage installation, cement poured with beautiful diamond finishes + a small area with high quality CA fescue turf (my pup loves it!). The final results most definitely exceeded our expectations and we were also so pleased with the quality of the cement after it cured. Marco's extremely professional, knowledgeable and most of all, incredibly patient. The amount of back and forth I put him through for different quotes and renderings would've seemed bothersome and annoying to others, but Marco handled each request with so much patience, flexibility, understanding and poise. Both he and his dad (Marco Sr.) were awesome to work with and it's apparent how much of an expert his dad is based on his thoughtful recommendations and final outcome of the project. Their whole crew was also very efficient, swift yet careful and meticulous. M&M genuinely turned our vision into reality - they executed it and the backyard transformation is so amazing. I'll always recommend M&M to anyone and everyone in need of cement and turf, they're easily one of the best in the game. I'm beyond obsessed with my new backyard. Thank you very much M&M!!

Project: ~2200 SQ FT of Concrete…read more60 ft wall 2ft height Drainage installed Irrigation lines installed Duration: 5 days I decided to go with M&N concrete for my backyard landscaping project (details listed above) and am glad I chose M&N over other bids. Marco was easy to work with and made this process seamless and quite literally stress free. He kept me informed throughout the phases of construction. Marco also has his family in the business, Marco Jr and Leslie, who were very much involved and supported throughout the project. I admire how Marco Jr and Leslie work with their father and the business. Marco's children are young adults but don't let their looks fool you; M&N concrete is as professional as they come. As for the project: I spent 5 figures, so you better believe that I expected high quality craftsmanship. M&N Concrete delivered ten-fold. They happily answered all my questions and concerns in-depth and accommodated all my requests. They provided recommendations for my project and allowed me the space and time to make a decision. AKA They were not pushy and were not trying to up-sell me. The contract was detailed, and explained to me in full. I highly recommend M&N for any of your concrete projects. From what Marco Jr told me, M&N is looking for a full transition into commercial work. So get in with them while y'all can! Let them know I referred you lol I don't get any kickback or anything. Just a very satisfied client! To Marco, Marco Jr, Leslie, and the whole M&N concrete team....Thank you for transforming my space. Time to PARTY!!!!

There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer. As homeowners, having never gone through this process, we appreciated his experience and taking it off our hands. We easily passed final inspection :) You cannot go wrong with Casper's Demolition! He gets our highest marks!
