I went to Spinelli Jewelers to see if the watch was real, which we doubted, but to possibly have a battery put in it. My husband and I have been in a lot of jewelry stores over the years but I have NEVER met someone so RUDE and CONDESCENDING as the woman I encountered at Spinelli Jewelers. She confirmed that the watch wasn't real, she then rudely asked me "You wouldn't spend $10 to put a battery in a good watch??" I asked her how you could tell that the Movado wasn't real and her condescending response was "Because I've been doing this for many years!", etc. I then told her that my husband got the back off to see what kind of a battery the watch would need and she indicated that if it was real, we wouldn't be able to get the back off. I told her that my husband had a watch repair kit and was able to get it off to which she actually LAUGHED and said that was the funniest thing she ever heard!!! I have NEVER had a sales person act so rude and condescending as if she were better than everyone else. I would NEVER purchase anything from Spinelli Jewelers even if I had to pay 3x the purchase price somewhere else!!

After you failed to train her properly, leaving her to fend for herself, and had all of your noses glued to your phones (including management) you decided that even though she was fully dedicated to learning, and asked to be taught that her disability was too much for you to handle. Your process was to force her to resign her position, and if she didn't you would significantly cut her hours back to only a few one day a week. What you did was not only illegal, but morally unsound! She left your building and has kept her head high. I truly felt the need to take it upon myself to comment about the neglect and asshole tendencies of those of you still employed. Shame on you, and I hope you learn to be a real human one day and understand that you are no better than our POS President. You are all truly disgusting!

Stolen Rings by the Customer Service Rep --- I have had the worst experience in my entire life at…read morethe Zales in Vineland NJ. I requested my rings to be cleaned and presented them to the customer service representative. She was jovial, polite, and overly excited -- I thought she was having a great day! When she returned my rings back, I was missing a ring !!! I thought I may have been mistaken and there were other customers in the store - so I didn't want to make a scene. In fact, she had just informed the other customer that her items were no where to be found in the store either. I thought to move aside -- I did. The other customer summoned the Store Manager - I attempted to be level-headed about the matter and gather my thought. I didn't want to accuse anyone of stealing ... but the ring was missing. I made the mistake of walking out and calling into the phone to request that another representative look around the cleaning area -- I mean I was just there! I just wanted the rep to handle the other customer's issue as the matter at hand and return to me when full and undivided attention could be given. When I returned to the store, The customer service rep. left the building ... No ring... no where to be found. I spoke to other representatives along with a totally different manager (and they claimed they called her cell phone) -- still no ring! Stolen !!! Right before my eyes !! Stolen!!
