Immediately after, I knew I would have to get mine tattoo/tinted because how good it looked. I was very hesitant on where to go because this is permanent, and its on my face.. FINALLY after looking for the right person, I found Robyn at Ink & Arch, and I am SO glad I did. Robyns work is so beyond what this review can describe. From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. I want to make sure this gets posted so others don't have the unfortunate experience that I had with Concierge Aesthetics in Geneva, IL. I saw Lynn for "Coolsculpting" in my chin area. This was to be done throughout 2 treatments. Treatment 1 was relatively uneventful and performed by Lynn. The device fell off a few times most likely due to inadequate adhesion to the surface of my skin. There were also a few thermal events that can occur when the machine detects a temperature change on the skin. Lynn said to come back in a few days to retreat to this area. Little did I know that cool-sculpting should only be performed on the same area no more than once every 30 days, not 2 times in 5 days. Treatment 2 was the same except this time there was tremendous pain and pressure during the treatment and after. Lynn assured me as did the office manager that this pain was subside later on and go away. The pain did stop, but the damage was done. I was left with a permanent scar across the lower jawline that was in the shape of the device! When I showed the staff including the MD and the COO Laura they were dismissive, rude, and condescending. They tried to diminish the pain I was in and make me look foolish. I tried reaching out to management including the Chief Operating Officer, Laura but my emails and calls were ignored. I was refunded but want to warn everybody about my experience, It has been more than 6 months and the scar keeps getting darker with time. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I was severely injured and I want to prevent this from happening to someone else. Don't ever get cool-sculpting, and don't ever go to Concierge!
