For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

I have worked with realtors in many cities and countries and I don't dole out praise lightly. She helped me the first time when I was moving to the Miami Beach area from overseas and went far beyond the requirements to ensure I understood each neighborhood, the relevant issues with my choices and all the details of the process. The second time was even better as she is a very insightful person and understood, probably before I did, what I was looking for and made the process effortless. She is diligent, resourceful, charming, and intelligent and she puts her talents to work on behalf of her clients. If you are looking in Miami Beach there really is no one who comes close to Elena.

I more than met all their requirements and have no poor marks on my rental history or credit. I think this shows good customer service and a good attempt to please customers and show he cares. I spoke to Mr. Nikel and told him what occurred and he assured me this is not how they conduct business and that he was sorry about my experience. He provided me with his contact information so that in the future, should the need arise, I can personally reach out to him, even though he doesn't handle rentals. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, it is possible that I just had the rare bad experience. I like that he took the time to listen to me and assure me that my experience is not the norm. I dislike companies that ignore negative reviews, get defensive or bash reviewers, but I like companies who take the negative in stride and strive to move on and work to improve things. He seemed to genuinely care. This is how you run a business, so this is why I am willing to forgive and try again. I currently have no need for finding a place to live but if I do, I will make sure to reach out to Nikel. I am confident that he will do whatever is in his power to make my experience a very positive one.

These guys are scammers. Be VERY CAREFUL if Cervera Management, Inc is the property manager of…read moreyour rental apartment or house. Read your lease CAREFULLY because when you move out, they will try to scam you out of every last dollar from your deposit. In our lease (in very fine print) it said the tenant was responsible for changing the water filter in the refrigerator. They took $480 from our deposit for not changing the water filter. They also told us our AC unit air filter was dirty, and that caused damages to the unit (there was no damage). They charged us $310 for repairing the AC unit that wasn't broken and changing the filter. They charged us a $320 cleaning fee, which I'm not actually saying is totally unfair because we did leave the apartment disorganized. Just writing this in case you're a tenant and you were unaware they can do that. They also tried to charge us for stuff that was already broken when we moved into the apartment. Luckily, I had made note of all the broken items and I sent it to them when we moved in. They removed those charges. Last but not least, they sent the invoice of these charges by mail to the apartment we just moved out of. Needless to say, we never got that invoice because we don't live there anymore. If we didn't ask for it, they were going to just keep our full deposit. If you're a tenant, just be super careful and make sure you change all the filters and clean the apartment before moving out. Read your lease carefully because believe me, they are very very well aware of every single possible way they can legally scam the tenant. You'll have to fight them for every last dollar of your deposit, but it's worth it. Don't let them scam you like they did me.

She was horrible. She basically acted like my range for the apartment was too low and that she wanted nothing to do with me as apparently I was too cheap for her and not worth her time... So you can imagine my pleasure when I contacted Karina and she was overly helpful and made me feel like I was her one and only client. Service matters. She sent me a list of apartments the very same day and I could start looking through them and narrowing them down. But I had no idea how fast the housing markets changes here... By the time I decided on a couple of the apartments... They were gone already... Even though I only had the list 3 days...I was like WTH?? But Karina didn't skip a beat... She sent me a new list ASAP. From there she took over. I lived in Vegas and she was in Miami and she knew that I had no way to come to see these apartments. So after I made my choices... She actually went to the apartments for me and Skyped me so that I could see the apartments without me actually being there. She was freaking awesome!!! She helped me find my home here in Miami. From step one to the end she was right there with me. She met me at the apartment after a long long drive from Vegas and she stayed with me through the walk through to the signing of the lease to finishing up the paperwork. She was great! I am looking forward to dealing with her again in the future. And if you are looking for a realtor here in Miami for a local move or if you are out of state and looking to move here...
