She's attentive and considerate. Often, I'll walk in with a scatterbrained idea, and she really makes it her own (most of the time I tell her I'd like to go a little shorter/blonder, without showing her a picture, she nails it every single time). I've never been unhappy with my hair. Though I came to the salon because of my hairdresser, it's important to note the atmosphere that the salon provides. The inside is adorable, welcoming, and relaxing. The owner has a fantastic personality - she is incredibly sweet. I saw someone leave the salon and the owner ran out of the door to thank her for coming in because she forgot to do so after the customer paid. This was so sweet and thoughtful. It showed that your business is always welcome there and they are grateful for it. I would highly recommend going to Six Ten for your next hair cut/color if you're in the area. If you do, book with Molly - she's amazing!

My struggle to recline was ignored by the owner and my suggestion of a wedge was dually ignored. Upon slipping no concern or offer to help or assist was given. Having had to take bone deteriorating medication post cancer I was hurt tremendously by the high school immaturity of the owner and young peppy stylist who laughed along with the owner. Shame on you both may you grow out of your bullying ways. I drove home in tears. Lastly, if you do not like country music, do NOT go here! The depressing tunes on a non-stop reel was awful! I would highly recommend Julie for any facial / skin treatment service!…read more I requested a customized 70-minute facial because I had been breaking out for awhile and wasn't sure why. During the intake process, it was super apparent that Julie wanted to understand how to best approach my treatment. She asked me what my goals were by the end of the facial, & I had answered that I wanted to better understand my skin in general, and I wanted to feel relaxed during my time there. Julie made sure both of those objectives were met! She had let me know that I had some dry areas (which I had no idea) and made many recommendations for different products to use -- I had been using cleansers that were way too harsh for my face. All of her suggestions she documented on my forms & invoice that were sent back to me for my reference, which I really appreciated! I feel like I understand my face much better, and my skin is looking SO much clearer and brighter! Julie also made my comfort and relaxation a top priority -- she had offered different types of headphones / earplugs for noise cancellation, always let me know in advance what technique she was about to switch to so I wasn't caught off guard, made sure the heated bed I was on was at an optimal temperature; I felt like a princess the whole time! Julie's skills and expertise are incredibly evident, as is her passion to help her clients feel better educated about their skin, feel pampered, and feel confident! I can't wait to book again!
