    The rating is for the maintenance guy named Steven, who came to fix a leak in the toilet. He was…read morejust nasty and disrespectful because I told him that the toilet wasn't corked properly, which it wasn't. He did sloppy work and had an issue with me asking him to redo it. His first response was to say someone must have sat on the toilet, and I responded and said no one sat on the toilet. Mind you, the water line for the bathroom toilet wasn't even turned on, so why would someone sit on the toilet? Plus, the toilet is still dirty from the work he did. He then said he knew his work, and he does immaculate work or something to that effect, and I told him I took a video of the work he had done, and this is how you left it. After I said that, he told me to stop talking, and I was taken aback when he said that. I told him not to talk to me like that, and then he said if I knew he left it like that, then I didn't need to be talking. It turned into a back and forth, and I told Steven that he needed to take accountability and not try to make it look like I did something to the cork job he did. The negative interaction I had with him was unnecessary because I'm a tenant who lives here, and I should not feel uncomfortable living here because of this incident. I feel that this situation would not have transpired if he hadn't told me to stop talking while also implying that someone in my apartment had messed up the cork by sitting on the toilet, which was not true. I guess he expected to speak to me however he pleased and not get pushback. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. And when I told him I was going to call the property manager to let him know what was going on, he told me he wasn't scared, no one expects you to be scared. But what's expected of you is to be respectful and professional. While I was on the phone with the property manager, Lawrence, he then decided to rip off a small piece of the cork glue where it was already sloppy and stormed out of the apartment. Like I told Lawrence, I do not want that maintenance guy to ever be sent to my apartment again to fix anything, and I'm calling corporate about his behavior because it was uncalled for, and he was combative.

The property looks nice from a quick glance and the apartments look decent But, unless you plan to live in a dangerous environment this is the place for you. The leasing office staff, one person in particular, is unbelievably nasty and will speak to you with so much aggression and disrespect right from the get-go. Their maintenance crew is atrocious! They are extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespectful. To make matters worse, they're allowed to do so, management covers for them and takes no accountability for anything. Additionally, They do botched repairs, "patch work". The bathroom toilets are obnoxiously loud. You can hear your neighbors flush their toilet in your sleep. You will have to miss work from time to time due to frequent inspections FOUR times within a year. They are in your apartment as much as you are. Their parking policy is an absolute joke. Onsite Management, and their sketchy maintenance crew cherry pick which tenants' guests have the privilege to park anywhere they want. Vehicles without parking stickers are supposed to park in the visitor's parking area. Certain tenants' guests are allowed to park in residential parking areas with zero consequences. There are so many red flags at this property. People with multiple vehicles gatekeep parking spaces from tenants' who actually live here. For the health and happiness of your family, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent!

    I hired Spot on Maids to clean my 2/2 condo the beginning of November. The home was completely…read moreempty. I included "extras" including inside cabinets/fridge/stove. None of these things were done. The master bedroom/bathrooms lighting was not working so they informed me they couldn't properly clean them. Which was completely fine because it wasn't there fault. They still charged me full price for those rooms and nothing was cleaned, at all. Baseboards weren't wiped, the floor was not cleaned. I expressed this all to the company and they returned $100 of my $453 charge. I had to go in and reclean everything myself, pushing our move date back which made us have to sleep in a hotel for a night (extra money that was not needed) Beware of this company.

She scheduled the next available date and sent two of their cleaners instead of one. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. Thank you for your professionalism. Totally disappointed at the customer service. I was referred to this place by my daughter who was moving into a new house and read some of their positive reviews. I am selling my house and was looking for a deep cleaning of our kitchen cabinets inside and out before the open house. I booked a 3 hour cleaning for the the 8-10 a lot which i thought if they start at 10 they'd be done by 2pm and the house would be in good shape. At 5:47 pm the night before the scheduled cleaning, I received a text message from Jody indicating she was trying to reschedule the cleaning for 12pm which would mean she would be done by 3pm. Our open house was from 2-4pm. I explained my concern. She then called me and advised she would reach out to a couple that cleans for them to see if they were available. At 8:58pm she texted me back to say they were not available. I then offered for her to come and do 1 1/2 hours at half the price. Her response was minimum 3 hours which I understood but the problem was not my fault. So I cancelled. Had I cancelled at 5pm the night before the appointment, I would've been charged $50.00 cancellation fee yet they couldn't accommodate my request for 1 1/2 hours since I had no time to find another place before the open house. I'm hoping they do a darn good job for my daughters house as it was not cheap. Customers beware

We're a meet a great man name…read moreC.J.He's was not only a great salesman and helping us with all our needs for carpet , he truly makes you feel like a family member. He has a lot of gym equipment laying around and even a punching bag you may hit why walking around the store or warehouse . they're even had a area in the store store so children could play with toys and blocks ect why you man look for carpet.the warehouse which had 100s plus remnant carpets in many sizes is in back of the main showroom so you might be deceived if your just driving by the store . He even had the insulation set for a Saturday which was great for us . They had even better prices then Flemington dept store and thats another excellent spot for carpets. I love a store like this a mom and pop type which the prices are right on the money !

I spoke with a lovely woman on the phone about installation and purchase of a stair runner. She suggested I come to the store and someone would be happy to help me. Well, that's where the pleasantry ends. I was the only person in the store, so it wasn't like the sales person was overwhelmed... but he was the most unhelpful and grumpy individual. No guidance at all. I gave him a proposed budget (now mind you I have NO experience with carpeting stairways) but instead of educating me, he laughed at me and said labor alone would be double my budget. I am so disgusted with his ornery behavior I will gladly pay whatever it will cost me, but with another carpet store... ANYWHERE but there!
