DO NOT USE THIS Company. June 2020 my sprinkler system was not working properly. When their technician came out, I was told that I needed a valve replaced and a few sprinkler heads. When I received my bill they had charged 3 times the amount of each sprinkler head and for a top of the line valve. The price seemed extremely high. So I called 3 different retailers, including the retailer they said they had purchased the parts from and learned of their scheme.
When I confronted them I was told this was the wholesale price, which I need it was not. The valve they installed was an older model, though they were charging me the price for a newer model. After being consistent in the matter, they reluctantly agreed to lower the price, not much but a little.
All parts came with a one (1) year warranty. So I had some comfort, except 2 months later the old valve stop working. I have called them several times to have this old valve replaced. It is now December 2020, after calling again I was told that they were no longer servicing previous customers but the parts still had a one year warranty. When I responded that was odd but ok, the valve needed to be replaced, I was told, that there was no warranty on the parts. In an instant, the part was not warrantied.
