I was so embarrassed and had severe anxiety about even making the appointment. From the very first call, everyone was so kind and understanding. When I finally came in, Dr. Stuart and his assistant Sonny made me feel comfortable and respected every step of the way. They never once made me feel judged. Instead, they explained all my options clearly and helped me decide on getting a top denture in a way that felt supportive, not overwhelming. Sonny, in particular, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, patient, and reassuring the whole time. She truly made what could have been a really stressful experience feel safe and positive. I can't express enough how much that meant to me. Everyone in the office is so friendly, and the way they communicate with each other and with patients is like nothing I've ever seen. You can tell they genuinely care about people, and it shows in every interaction. It's been about three years since my first visit, and I still brag about how great they are to anyone who will listen. I had shared a review on my old Facebook/Yelp, but that account got deleted, so I wanted to make sure I wrote another one because they truly deserve all the recognition. Explain to me the policy of which states 2 missed appointments results in being "dismissed" from…read morethe practice. (Missed 1 appt, 2 maybe 3 years ago and then a second "missed" cleaning mind you she had a cavity that was being taken care of that week so there was no reminder text or call for the cleaning so they considered that a missed appointment.) This is the ONLY dentist she had ever been to. So we had been going here since she was 5 6 years old, she just turned 10... So over 5 years span 2 "missed" appointments. With that I was told if she needed to be seen I could call and if they have a cancellation That Day they would allow her to be seen...? Oh and after my inquiry of this and speaking to Mr Bozic, as my daughter and I walked out the staff laughed. We had great experiences with this dentistry outside of this situation. When I found out my insurance was not going to cover any of the costs, as first told to me by the office, I requested a detailed invoice for any current charges and a refund for the money that was left.
