I went to Julie for balyage and a cut and she did a fabulous job. I've had many stylists who seem to listen to what I say, but as soon as they start coloring/cutting, they end up doing whatever they want. Not to say that I end up with a bad haircut, but it's just not exactly what you had hoped for. Julie was very thorough, listening to the look I wanted to achieve with my balyage. Moreover, after showing her a picture of the hairstyle I was trying to achieve, she recreated it perfectly! I left Julie's salon feeling exactly how all women should feel after a cut and color- confident and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book Julie the next time you need a refresh!

Wow. Very poor service and an extremely frustrating 5 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Don't let people who are not building or contributing to your business be the ones who get to leave the first, and in my case, last impression on new potential clients. What a shame.
