Saundra is AMAZING!!! I went to get highlights and a cut and I am so happy with the results. My…read moreroots had grown out so bad that my hair was almost two different colors. Saundra was a miracle worker with blending my hair so it looked natural. Another bonus is that she is an esthetician, I'm just bumbled I can't stay in Aspen long enough to get a facial too. She was fun to talk to, and she listened to both me and my mother who was helping with the decision making. (#Motherdaughtertime) The salon was also had a good feel and good energy! Wow. Very poor service and an extremely frustrating 5 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Don't let people who are not building or contributing to your business be the ones who get to leave the first, and in my case, last impression on new potential clients. What a shame.
