The law office of Carl Kreibich absolutely rock…read more
I know it's a strong statement reviewing a law office, yet I'm deeply indebted to Mr. Kreibich's and his staff's support, diligence and endurance in my case.
First, they picked up my case halfway through a Workmen's Comp. proceeding, which was abandoned by a previous lawyer. I had been dealing with Workmen's Comp. for several years, and was exhausted at Best as I met Mr. Carl Kreibich.
His confidence and easy-going demeanor made me at first suspicious. He didn't seem to be phased by the seeming uphill battles that I have gone through and seemingly still needed to face.
He and his staff's diligence absolutely prevailed in the end. After five+ years, literally a 3 feet high stack of documents, court presentations, investigations, subpoenas, dispositions & examinations, I was rendered by Workmen's Comp. the highest possible reward.
We moved on to deal with MEDICARE. Mr. Kreibich helped me to secure my 100% disability status, and also a hefty backdated payout of Medicare dues owed back to me.
Unfortunately, I am on early Medicare/full Disability due to work-related issues, and I wished I would have never needed to start this process.
However, his office aided and helped me through a very difficult time in my life, and without good, professional, approachable, responsive guidance, care, understanding and sympathy,... I would've given up a long time ago. Like many do in this process as Workmen's Comp. favorite slogan is: " Deny and Delay" ...
Getting financial and institutional recognition is a small token for my health, but it does help.
I will never forget Mr. Kreibich's office, his staff and what they have helped me accomplish.
In deepest, gratitude and forever indebted,
Sam N., medically retired Marriage Family Therapist/social worker
