This got to be the worst law firm in town! Be aware! First, the head attorney signs you up, then he assigns you to the least knowledgeable of office staff. The head attorney will tell you that he will give you a discounted rate but will never tell you that a 15 minutes phone call will be billed to 1 hour increment. Careful, the head attorney might even be OK but he is never available. After signing you up, he will assign you to an office staff with close to zero knowledge.
