I was having issues with my insurance company after I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. Unfortunately, the at-fault driver lied to his insurance company about how the accident occurred and as a result, his insurance denied my claim and I was forced to go through my insurance. I suspected that my insurance was acting in a manner that's consistent with bad faith so I googled "bad faith attorneys" and this law firm came up. I had the pleasure of speaking directly with attorney Haffner. I explained what I was dealing with and he listened and provided me with helpful information. I used this information to determine the next steps in dealing with my carrier. A couple days later I was thrown more curveballs by my carrier and I called attorney Haffner back. I briefly explained my situation and to my surprise, he remembered who I was! I updated him with the new issues I was running into and once again, he provided me with helpful information. He told me my options and with that information I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Things ended up working in my favor with the help of attorney Haffner. I was extremely surprised and thankful that attorney Haffner took the time to help someone who wasn't his client. He agreed that I had a legitimate case against my insurance company but because of the relatively low dollar amount and nature of the case, it wasn't in my best interest to retain counsel as he couldn't legally represent me in small claims court. I was moved to tears because of the kindness and compassion he showed me in those two phone conversations. I imagine that he's a busy man but that didn't stop him from taking time out of those two days to help me even though he wouldn't benefit from it financially. This tells me that he truly cares about helping people. I'm so glad that I called his office to get advice. I can only imagine how wonderful he is to the people that he represents. Thank you so much again, attorney Haffner! read more

My mother got in a car accident and she had multiple surgeries. We were dealing with Medicare and also private insurance and the other driver did not have any vehicle insurance. Tim did an amazing job of getting us the most compensation we could have hoped for and fought for months with the insurance company, medical entity, adjusters, etc. And without ever giving up. He had a great bedside manner , was always available , and had a lot of patience with both my parents and myself guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is in need of an injury attorney. read more

Unfortunately I had 2 larger life "occurrences" happen within the same year. I had started working with another lawyer on the first one and was referred to Christian and Tim for the other. They did such a great job that I ended up having them handle the other case for me as well. They are both extremely professional yet remain completely human. They always take my calls or get back to me within the same day. Strong, consistent, honest and accurate communication with your lawyer is so important as legal matters are often stressful. These guys get that. Based on my experience with them, I would now never go to anyone else for my legal needs. I would also trust them entirely to point me in the right direction in the event that it's not a category that they normally handle. I can not recommend them enough. read more

I was in quite a predicament and with so many attorneys out there it was hard for me to decide just who to trust with my case, especially with how 2020 has been. A friend of mine referred me to Christian Haffner after he had helped him in the past as he thought he could help me as well, so I reached out. After a phone consultation, I knew Christian was the right fit. Throughout the process Christian was professional, responsive, extremely thorough, and got the job done! Nearly 96% of personal injury cases are settled pretrial, and an overwhelming 90% of the cases that do go to trial lose. Either way, don't risk your chances at recovering a settlement - hire a personal injury lawyer as early in the process as possible. These guys were there for me the entire way guiding me through quite a complex process with genuine leadership that earned my trust. Every expectation going in was exceeded and the amount of effort these guys put forth was astounding. The settlement was above and beyond what I expected - I'd gladly hire these guys again any day of the week. read more

I was referred to Haffner & Morgan by my mother whom had recently contacted them due to an injury she suffered from a car accident. When I reached out to the firm I was completely lost and had no idea what to do. Tim Morgan was not only very comforting as he assured me that he would take care of the situation but also walked me through ever little step of how to go about bettering the situation. Many times when you are dealing with an attorney or a law firm one of the most common complaints is how complicated it is to get in contact with them or to speak to someone. Typically when you call in your met by a receptionist or someone who takes some sort of message. Tim was amazing about being there around the clock to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that everything I needed was taken care of. He fought the entire way to make sure that I received everything I was entitled to and to help me put everything back together as it was before my accident. I cannot praise Tim and the firm enough for how they handled things with my case and though I hope I'm never in this situation again if I do need someone I will definitely reach out to him and only him. Thank you so much Tim for all of your hard work!!!! - Shawni read more

I wanted to really take a moment to thank this law firm because their customer service is by far the greatest. With any legal situation there's many nerves, with the confusion what to do what not to do. Given this was my first lawsuit and I had never had to do anything like this I was over the moon with nerves but unfortunately I was in a car accident that led me to be recommended to Tim. When Tim and I met I had absolutely no idea what to expect, Or what I needed to do or should do. But Tim made sure to go over everything , he explained everything to me and guided me through the entire process and did exactly what he said he would do, he most definitely reassured my nerves. Not only did he help me settle my lawsuit during a National pandemic but he consistently made himself available and answered all of my questions and concerns through out the entire process. In the end he gave me the best advice I could get where I was able to make a decision and settle and he made sure I was happy with my settlement.
