However, I'll knock down a star for their inconvenient business hours. Monday to Friday 9 to 5? We had to come during our lunch break and missed some work cycles. I understand the dream is 9 to 5 but not to offer a single window for expecting parents to come after 5 or during a day on the weekebd? Here are the issues that I encountered with them: -Most guests had a lot of problems ordering from the website, they also lost an order from a family member which I had to personally hunt down the invoice to be able to get it (really embarrassing). -There was an order that did not go through but my friend was only informed after the baby shower. -The last straw was when I went to return an item from my baby shower because I had received 2 of the same things and they refused to take it because they tags were removed from the clothing (which I think is normal when you give a gift to someone). I just wanted to exchange it for something else and they would not help me. I have never received such bad service or seen strange exchange policies in my life and I regret and will never do business with them again.
