OK - the rating I'm giving here is for the value, not for amenities!
There aren't a lot of motels in Roundup, but the owners here, Scott and Lena Christie (working with their daughter Kim) are trying hard and providing a decent place to stay at a good price.
My room was huge - with two sofas, chairs and room to dance. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the blankets (that are washed every time) rather than traditional comforters (which usually are not). Lots of pillows. Plenty of plug-ins to charge your digital devices and a nice desk.
They have two buildings. As the water is not the best in Roundup, they provide a couple water bottles. Nice!
Breakfast is basic - cereal, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, toast, fruit. Plenty to get you going. Friendly people and I can see the improvements that they've made. More is coming.
Check out Bull Mountain store down the street - every souvenir you can think of plus a great museum-quality display of stuff! Worth the stop. read more
