I had emptied my trade in but did not clean it. It had been sitting for several months. Other dealers have told me not to clean as that is "their job". They also don't transfer the anti sway bars system. I had to hire someone. Unfortunately I didn't have an independent inspection like I knew you should. Several items were found that are serious. So I'll do another review on how they address these. I would definitely recommend them at this point.
