I was visiting Hamilton for a month and travelled there from Southwest Florida. I noticed my front…read moredriver's-side tire was low on air so I went there to have it checked. A sweet gentleman helped me by checking the air in all my tires and indeed, my front driver's-side tire was low on air. He told me that if it didn't hold the air to return and have the tire examined. The tire kept leaking air and I returned. So, after their investigation, a piece of metal was discovered. They patched the tire and did so for FREE!!!! Yes, free. I was astonished and tried to pay them something, anything. But, my money was refused. They said that the next time I needed tires to come to them. I told them that I lived in Florida, so they said to go on Yelp. Thus, this review. Thanks so much Hamilton Tire Rama!! You saved my long road trip and I feel very blessed!

They were going to charge me $3305 for repairs, most of which I absolutely did not need. I went back in with photos and invited anybody who wanted to see for themselves to come to my shop where the truck was still on the lift. They all declined my invitation. Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police.
