Sorry W.E. this is not a nice review, but the people need to know! Called this location ahead to inquire about an oil change. I was told that if I brought my vehicle, I should expect a 90-minute wait... no problem I thought. As I arrived 10 minutes or so later, I was surprised by the not so looking Tire-Rama location. My first thought was that the store had moved because the building I was looking at (from the north side) looked like a rundown mechanic shop. In any case, proceeded inside to get that oil change going. The lobby was full and the one person at the counter was on the phone. I left after the 15-minute wait made me realized that I was not even going to be greeted or for that matter, acknowledged!! I get it Jeff (guy at the counter), you were busy taking care of the guy from Darby who needed two new tires. I must suggest though Jeff, that you should have taken a moment between finishing your conversation with the Darby customer and the other two phone calls you made to order the tires from the Missoula store, but most importantly before (this is key), leaving the counter with the work order to so urgently take back to the shop; to just let me and other customers (that had already been waiting for you to finish before I even got to the counter), that you will be right with us. Not only customer service Jeff, but common sense! I heard that this location is getting new management. Good luck to the new manager! Retraining will be key! In the meantime, I will continue driving the 18 miles to the Stevensville location where Justin and his crew (previously Jon A. & crew) continue to WOW customers with basic customer service! read more

I'm from Washington and ended up having one wild adventure to tell about my trip to Montana. 2 blown tires in 2 days while trying to help my cousin who was in a situation I ended up in a different one myself. I said as soon I got home I was making a review for these guys on all social media because I am so grateful for all of their help. So here it is: I can not thank Derrick, Shaun and Travis enough for all of their help to get us home safely. I was told Derrick was mostly responsible for this and he deserves a raise. (They all do honestly) I am extremely thankful for all 4 tires since blow outs are one of my greatest fears and we had 2 in 2 days. We also had tires that were harder to find and i was told Derrick was the one who went above and beyond to find the tires we needed to make sure we made it home safely. I was glad to make it back home safely with NO MORE BLOW OUTS. I highly recommend these guys and for the thousands time thank you all so much. First off, ZERO employees were wearing masks during covid pandemic!! Which is illegal and looks horrible for business!! Brought my car here for a set of new tires. Dropped my car off at 7:30 AM (right when they open) and because I only have one car I had to wait inside. The appointment took hours and when I would frequently go outside and check the ETA of my car there would be several employees sitting outside and smoking while my car is just sitting there. System seems very unorganized and chaotic. Two weeks later my check tires sensor when off in my car and my steering wheel was shaking. Brought my car back in and they had to take off all the tires and put on again. I appreciate them taking the time to fix and redo my tires but come on. Not trying to be rude this is my first Yelp review but I'm only advising you to go to another tire shop if you can. read more

I was visiting Hamilton for a month and travelled there from Southwest Florida. I noticed my front driver's-side tire was low on air so I went there to have it checked. A sweet gentleman helped me by checking the air in all my tires and indeed, my front driver's-side tire was low on air. He told me that if it didn't hold the air to return and have the tire examined. The tire kept leaking air and I returned. So, after their investigation, a piece of metal was discovered. They patched the tire and did so for FREE!!!! Yes, free. I was astonished and tried to pay them something, anything. But, my money was refused. They said that the next time I needed tires to come to them. I told them that I lived in Florida, so they said to go on Yelp. Thus, this review. Thanks so much Hamilton Tire Rama!! You saved my long road trip and I feel very blessed! read more

Love this place - great service. Fixed a flat on my old ranch beater 90 Chevy truck. Reason I went there? because Rachel R commented on how they were not wearing mask back in the day. Told me they believe in freedom. Rachel R has probably learned like the rest of us mask don't work. Wonder if she'll apologize? Probably not - leftist never do. My mom has been going here for years. It was my first time and sometimes I get worried going into an auto shop as a girl by myself but they were awesome! I did get there about 15 minutes after they opened. I got my oil changed and had a leak in one of my tires that needed to be fixed. It ended up being the valve stem. They gave me a cheaper option to fix it but would've left my tire pressure light on and that would've made me crazy so I had the sensor replaced too. I felt like they were super honest and not pushy. As long as I'm around I will be back for sure. Also buy 3 oil changes and get the fourth free. That's great!! Thank you. read more

I went in to see about getting tires because, even though mine had only 26,000 miles on them, they were noticeably wearing away on the outside edges. I had them rotated regularly, but the wear continued to happen. I asked about new tires and explained what was happening to the tires on my car. He looked at them and recommended I make an appt. for an all-wheel alignment. If I did that, I could get another 10,000 miles on my current tires. I was impressed that he wasn't ready to just sell me tires, he was also giving me a choice that would save me a lot of money. I did have the alignment done and the right rear wheel was badly out of alignment. He saved me a lot of money with his honesty. I shall buy my new tires at Tire-Rama when I need them, which will not be anytime soon. Thanks guys. read more

I stopped dealing with the other tire vendor about 16 years ago over an issue I'll not go into. From that time until today, Tire Rama has always provided outstanding service...on special orders, worked out fair pricing. On one occasion several years ago, while changing my tires from winter to summer for a trip to see my son, they discovered a concerning issue that likely would have cause a serious problem. The issue did not result in any business for Tire Rama, however, the employee contacted a local mechanic shop, and arranged for the problem to be corrected before I left later that afternoon. Bought a battery just over a year ago, out of necessity. noticed that all their batteries were attached to chargers. We got an oil change at another shop that told us that the battery was faulty and should be charged. Fast forward to today; after a trip to Darby the car refused to start and needed a jump. We recently (within the last month) replaced the alternator so we know it's the battery. I tried to have my wife take the car in so they could honor the warranty only to be told that is the brand new alternator that's at fault. They wouldn't listen to either of us when we tried to explain things to them which really upset me as they were trying to defend them instead of listening to customers. The person I can only assume is the manager told my wife to leave andnot cone back. Is this how you treat customers? Is this good customer relations? NO read more

I recently replaced ball joints, tie rods and control arm bushings on my pickup in my own shop I then asked my wife to take the truck down to simply have it aligned. I've been a mechanic for 30 years but you can only get so close with a tape measure so I thought I would take it to these guys, what a mistake that was! When she came to pick it up They tried to say that she couldn't leave because the truck needed $3000.00 worth of work in the front end to even be safe to drive again. After arguing she finally got out of there but BEWARE they will take advantage of women, elderly or anyone who doesn't know their stuff. These people are nothing but thieves and liars! read more
