Took my car and spoiler there one Saturday so I could get a quote, he gave me a fair quote so accepted. Left the wing there and said he could get me in next weekend to install it after they put on clear coat. Went in the next week dropped off my car and within an hour Mario was calling me back! I…read morehad first gone to Autozone, only 2 businesses over to get assistance tightening the jumbo nut on my hitch. I was told my only option was to by the appropriate size wrench. Guess what...it cost as much as a hitch. No thanks! I then went to O's and made the same request for assistance. Without hesitation they said, " let's se what we can do." Together they were able to tighten it significantly and alleviate my concerns of having any issues with it as we begin a 4,000 mile journey from San Antonio to Alaska.
