    Went to this location to buy oil filters that were on sale in there add. When they didn't have them in stock, they said they would have to order them And therefore I wouldn't be getting the 3 dollars off per filter as the add stated. I pointed out to the employee (Moses) that the add didn't say (in stock only) as a matter of fact the add didn't state any requirements of any kind. When Moses still refused to honor the add I called the district manager and he called Moses and ordered him to honor the add. After all of that trouble Moses was still rude and gave me a hard time about it probably because his feelings were hurt because he was proven wrong. Awe poor little baby..lol This guy is a real idiot as several other employees are at this Auto Zone that's why they have such a low rating on yelp.

On 13 June 2025, I noticed I had about a quarter sized chip missing from the bedliner sprayed in 360 days prior. I initially sent 2 messages to their website inquiring if my bedliner is warranted but received no response. I went to Uresti's to ask if their bed liner was warranted to which I was told yes. They'd just need to take a photo of it to ask "Them" to approve the process. Great young gentleman came out, was very helpful, snapped the photos, took my information and said I'd hear from them possibly the following week. I called several times, at least once a week for about 2.5 weeks asking for a follow up. I left messages with my information and was not called back. I did manage to speak to a person via phone who said they would get back to me, I was not called back. 2 July, I drove back to Uresti's and was greeted by a nice gentleman who referred me inside and said the young lady behind the desk could help. I told her my situation. She informed me that she'd heard back from "Them" but their message was confusing which is why no one from Uresti's ever managed to call me back. So she called "Them" while I was there. She relayed the message that "They" would not cover the chip as a warranty item because I may have done the damage. I stated, I may have scraped the bed with a shovel as I was getting dirt out, and honestly I wasn't sure if thats what happened or not but that was the purpose for getting the bed sprayed, to protect it from me getting dirt out of the bed!!! Nevertheless, the young lady said, I had 2 options for repair and Uresti's would do it at the cost to them which was a square patch that would be noticeably different from the rest of the bed for $60, or they would redo just the floor of the bed for $150. I let her know I was very disappointed. I've had at least 3 other trucks sprayed and this had never happened. I was curious as to what spray manufacturer they used. She said it was Tuffliner or something to that effect and they used 2 gentlemen contracted the job to (the "Them" I've been referring to) but they were not open for the public to respond to so I was never given a name of who "Them" is. She said it's the best product they've used. I strongly disagree and pray it's the 1st and last truck I let "Them" spray due to the piss-poor results of what I was left with. Uresti's may be great for campers and things but I would not recommend you use them or "Them" for Spray in bedliners. Although courteous when I spoke to the staff, I expected a higher level of customer service as opposed to not following up with me for almost 3 weeks. Do better!! For bedliners, I recommend you find someone else and check the warranty!!

It was after quite an extensive search, and frankly i made the decision because Allen(the sale person with whom I spoke) was so good at Making me feel confident I would get a solid functioning transmission. Allen gave me quote for two transmissions. One with lower miles, 43k I believe, and one with higher miles, 55k. I decided on the older one, as my car is not new. I asked about time to get it sent, and warrantee. Allen stated 5-7 business days, And a three year warrantee. I asked if labor was included if their was an issue with the transmission with in that 3 year period. Allen responded no. Allen assured me that this was an excellent transmission and I would be more than satisfied. I finally gave my credit card and we finalized the transaction. Never received a statement of warrantee, so I asked about that when the receipt had no such verbiage. The deal was done on that day. According to the information provided me Monday the 27th would be the last day in the delivery window provided by Allen. On Tuesday the 28th I called, and asked Allen what was going on with the transmission, and he assured me it would be sent out that day. I said there was no need, as there is now a trust issue, and I was looking for a refund. Allen hung up on me, and would not answer my calls(I called twice), so I texted him, and started worrying about some hustler with my credit card info buying all manner of products in the coming weeks. Just as I was about to cancel my credit card, and notify my credit card company to null the transaction, Craig called. Craig apologized, which was a step in the right direct, Allen never apologized. Then Craig proceeded to tell me how clean the transmission is, and how it can be sent express, and I would be completely satisfied with how it appeared. I responded that I wasn't too concerned about it's appearance, but hoped he meant the functioning as well...to which Craig said "you will be very happy with this transmission". I checked the delivery status yesterday, and saw it had been delivered, so first thing I called my,enhancing, and asked if the transmission had arrived. He responded affirmatively, but added "the transmission was filthy, covered in oil and pebbles". He said it was so dirty he had to steam clean it. Mike, my mechanic asked me to borrow a car and come take a look. I did. The transmission was shipped full of oil, and had soaked into the pallet, and it was still just as dirty as my transmission, even after the steam cleaning. Trust is lost, and I won't spend 1000 to install a transmission from a place that can't do what it says, or represent what it is shipping To me. I need you to warrantee the labor, if there is ever an issue in the three years you provide warrantee for the the transmission....all part and labor warranted for three years. It needs to be stated in writing that you are warranting all parts and labor for three years, then I will accept this. I don't believe this transmission has 55k based on how it appeared, but If you are willing to guarantee as I have asked for, I will keep it. Sent from my iPad
