I am so grateful NOT to live where I have to use this store. The "general manager" communicated by phone with the manager at my local store in Texas, in order for me to purchase parts for my daughter. All information was shared between the two managers. The St. Louis manager kept us on hold for over 10 minutes while getting around to taking care of entering the information into his computer. The receipt number was relayed, along with everything else. The GM was the one involved in this chat. The parts were in stock in the St. L store, verified verbally and on the computer.
She went that day to get the parts. "They are on hold." She went the following day, now they want a receipt number. I don't have it, it went to recycling that morning. Why should I save it? Everything was taken care of on Friday, and the GM knew it. I called the Anna, TX store, and the mgr called St. Louis AGAIN. He then told me, she can pick up the parts.
It stormed and she couldn't hang around. This morning (the next day) she went to get the parts. "Earl" the (alleged) "general manager" started with the same crap about a receipt. I had my daughter give her phone to him and proceeded to, shall we say, clarify things. I asked, do I have to call the corporate office and the Anna, TX store again? He did not get a word in edgewise. He gave her back her phone, and she told me he said she could finally have the parts.
I urge you to go anywhere else. read more
