Taylor, the O'Reilly manager, is so nice and I definitely will give him a 5-Star service rating. Keep It Up, O'Reilly !

Me, being a pretty tech-savvy gal, pulled up a few YouTube videos on how to change the brake light, and down to O'Reilly I headed. Once there I picked out the light bulbs I needed, and was greeted by Alejandro at the registers. I asked him to verify whether the bulbs I selected were compatible with my car model, and he went and picked out ones that were more affordable and also fit the model of my car. He was then kind enough to guide me on how to change the bulb and ten minutes later I was on my way with both brake lights working. I can't thank him enough for the help he provided. As an essential worker at a hospital, I am so grateful to have people like Alejandro available to assist us during these difficult, unprecedented times. Thank you!

Buying a car with Travis was so seamless! We came in on a weekday so it wasn't as busy, especially…read morebecause we have two young kids. Travis and his team were very accommodating to our children. Up front, I communicated with Travis via email and after some back and forth, he provided us quotes for the exact TX350 trim we wanted. We made an appointment the next day to test drive with both the car seats. My husband and I took turns and were very pleasantly pleased with how quiet the cabin was and all the technology features. We ended up buying the car same day and we were in and out in 2.5 hours! We also really appreciated how there was no up sale or pressure. Simply what we saw was what we got, with the addition of complementary floor mats. We were very happy with the attention to detail and service. This is a wonderful dealership, and we highly recommend working Travis! He even took out the big red bow out for a family picture and gave a quick tutorial of the features before we drove off.

Been Toyota/Lexus family since birth, but these dealerships are killing the experience as I come to start my own family and shop for my next vehicle. John Shaker has 0 pull as a salesman. Putnam Lexus needs to train their personnel better. Shame they represent such a prestigious brand.

Knowing that Costco also sources Interstate batteries I decided to check this place out. First came on weekday to get a battery test and I met Mike. Mike was really friendly and knowledgeable on my vehicle, brought out his testing tool and he immediately told me that battery voltage was too low. I already knew that the battery needed to be replaced since cold starts have been sluggish. I decided to make an appointment with Mike and return a couple days later. I was told it would take about an hour and the cost would be much less than what the dealer was going to charge me! When I came in for appointment, Mike was not there yet, but Dina was there to greet me and asked to confirm what battery I needed for my vehicle. Mike then arrived and started working on my vehicle to remove the seat and battery. He then showed me the old original and the new one to be replaced. Mike finished up in 30 minutes, amazing! While Mike was working Dina was friendly in talking about the company and batteries they sell. Service: I am really impressed with the friendly customer service and honest advice from both Dina and Mike. They know how to take care of their customers! Parking: private lot with limited parking in business plaza

Update: The manager, Dina tested the battery in-store and showed that it was still working. She provided a new battery regardless which I appreciated. Went home and had my brother install the new battery and everything is working fine. I had paid $40 to have it installed at the store the first time around and once I saw that my brother was able to do it in 5 minutes, I realized I should have done it on my own to begin with.

My experience with the Carquest here was brief and sweet. I knew what part I needed to fix my tail light, and he popped back to his inventory to get it. Total cost of the part? $1.08. How pleasant to not be gouged. I offered him $2 bucks, and either from his lack of change or the kindliness in his heart, he just took $1 dollar and we were square. The only weird thing is that this place is kind of in a weird location, I ended up going down an alley street that I thought was the backside of public storage warehouses, but one of these warehouses was Carquest. Anyway, this place was what I hoped for in an auto store: quick, practical, and affordable. I'd come back here for other parts/fluids for my car.

No additional calls came through (none missed or anything). I walked back around the time. Bigger dude with a short beard in the front told me they tried calling me, but I asked why it didn't appear as a missed call and he was being dismissive. Just admit when you forgot instead of making it up? No rotation was done, and I was told it was $10 after the alignment and oil change finished. Would have been nice to be told up front when I came in to look at the tires. I did the oil change due to perceived convenience and to also give them money since the alignment is part of the lifetime service offering, but I'm not sure how much oil they actually used or what they used (beyond a synthetic), so at $102 (after a "coupon" was applied), it's not particularly competitive. Not terrible, but not competitive. I also didn't receive any invoice or an itemized list of services done to my email, but I did receive a generic inspection checklist (where they emphasize the air filters needing to be changed, which is by far the easiest DIY and easiest markup for dealerships to do).
