This place has great employees that tried their hardest to fix the solution that was troubling my car. Jasmine was an extraordinary help and I really appreciate her for the hard work she put in to help me and my family out. She definitely deserves a raise if possible! The store has a friendly environment. read more

Rude unproffesional and plain unhelpful , these employees are all stuck on stupid, when the customer knows more about vehicles than the auto parts store ,time to go somewhere else read more

This autozone just saved us, me and my boyfriend had a rental car that we hit a hole in and needed some ASAP repair help. Alejandro was an absolute lifesaver and not only gave us some incredible advice on different products to use but even came out to look at the car hands on. He went above and beyond and saved us some serious stress and money. Made a huge difference and we can't thank him enough!! This man is incredible!!! read more

Was thinking since they are around the corner from me , and a trip to Walmart never goes well well due to traffic, should just stop in at AutoZone. MISTAKE , first called to make sure they had what I was looking for, so as to be more prepared . Hmmmm yeah not so much. Sat on hold for , ( count it ) over 15 minutes. All to ask about a part that was most likely in the shelf. After 15 min, a younger lady got on the phone and apologized for the long weight, then back, back on hold So she should check availability. Another five minutes, NO JOKE, hoes by and another gentleman as picks up the phone and with giving me an opportunity to talk tells me( PLEASE HOLD) . At this point I'm so frustrated that it has become a game . Thinking I'm part of some hidden camera show or something, I politely sit and hold. We are up to 21 minutes, I still have no idea if they have the part, traffic has become worse in Meridian, I start to think , hmm yeah I could have walked to the store and back and had the part installed by now. 31 min later, A gentleman gets in the phone , 3rd person now, said to me hope we didn't keep you holding for to long,,I asked my question , he politely said, " sorry sir, were out of stock ...... 30 min of my life that I will never get back.. thanks AutoZone read more

If I bring my battery to the counter for testing, why would tell me you need the vehicle. I was blown away. You guys tested my battery and said it was good. Glad I wasn't trusting the bum who tested. Failed at 2 other locations. If my battery is dead why would I drive that vehicle.. anyone gets a job now days though. Autozone is held high in my book but will avoid this store at all costs. read more

I don't visit Autozone very often but when I do they always have what I need! The staff is very professional and helpful. I'm alway greeted when I walk through the door. The reason for my review today is I recently called and had pair of chains placed on hold so I could take my family to visit Mt. Rainer. I stopped by after work and picked them up. The next day we woke up and loaded the car for our adventure. I decided it would be a good idea to size check the chains against the tire and it was a good thing I did. The chains were the wrong size. We live pretty close to this Autozone so we dropped in after a very frustrating 20 minutes. The manager could not have handled this any better! She promptly found the correct size, graciously apologized even though it was not her fault and didn't even charge to for the difference in chains which was significant! I can't thank you enough! Our trip to the mountain was so much fun! I would return to the Autozone again! Keep up the excellent work! read more

Fuck this store!! Came in yesterday and ask for some help on a relay fuse and the guy who walks with a cane didn't want to help. Fuck you asshole! read more

These employees are terrible. The customer service at the location needs to be reevaluated. They will stand around talking on the phone, using profanity, and not even acknowledge customers standing in line for 10 minutes. I will never set foot in this store again. read more

WHEN A TEN DOLLAR SALE COSTS YOU A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I should start by saying that my expectations, my 'bar' if you will, MAY be too high. Staff have been courteous, professional and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me. I know NOTHING about cars. Most recently, when I was asked if I needed help I said yes I need wipers for my cars. The gentleman asked for the make model and years. I told him and he walked me over to the wipers and grabbed the four that he said I needed. I paid for them. Took em home and put em on. My wife drove her car and said one of the wipers made noise. It was too big. I took it back and very politely just let him know (same gentleman) that I was told by him that I needed this size for my car, it was too big and I actually need this size (holding the old one in my hand). RATHER than saying, "I told you to buy the wrong one? I apologize. Here the right size one is on us." He just took my money and didn't even say 'Thank You' this time. IF you know exactly what you want before you get there, this location will likely be 5 stars for you. Personally, I'll just drive a mile or two down Meridian next time. read more

Pretty standard Autoparts place like Shucks. They will, by the way, check your engine codes for free. So if you have an engine code, and are weary of heading into a shop, hit Autozone, and they will check the code, and give you their best guess as to what part you need to remedy the problem. The parts folks are pretty knowledgeable, and backed up by a decent computer system for parts look up. They generally seem to have all standard wear and tear parts in stock for both Foriegn and Domestic vehicles. Good deal, fair price, friendly folks to help you. It does at times seem understaffed for the volume of customers,.. but perhaps whenever I show up someone is on break. Either way, good little autoparts store. read more

These guys are great, a small store with a huge attitude about getting & keeping your business! Let me explain, I called looking for a radiator for my Subaru on 11/06/2015. A competitor had the part for the same price. Well lets say that before I could say anything else, Ryan made me an offer that I couldn't pass up. Not to mention when I went to pick it up the next morning (it was sent from the warehouse) Ryan's price was honored. Remember the meet it or beat it offered by some of the large store chains? Needless to say I will shop for both of my cars here at Auto Zone in the future as I have in the past. Ryan doesn't even know that I've been a customer for years! John H read more

I have been here several times over past years, it has been a pretty good experience each time as most of the people here try to help. They have check my codes and battery for free. The employees actually look like they enjoy their job and are friendly to me when I walk in the door. They recognize me by my car and ask what do I need when I walk in. read more

This Autozone is as good as any auto parts store that I have been in. I can't say that there is anything spectacular about it, but it is very clean, the customer service is very helpful and courteous. It has always seemed that whenever I have come into the store somebody has approached me immediately and asked if I needed any help. Now, this may be due to the absent minded look that is on my face, but I keep telling myself that it is because they are genuinely interested in my happiness and welfare. read more
