    2021 KIA Telluride. Traveling north on I95 about 60 miles from Orangeburg SC my battery light…read morestarts to flash on/off erratically. Pulled over and looked up KIA dealerships in the area. Now I'm about an hour away from dealership in Orangeburg SC and it's already 3pm. Well I contacted Billy (Service Advisor) and he checks with (Rich) the Service Manager and they can take me in. I get there just after 4pm and they take the car in. They get a driver (Keegan) to take me to a hotel. I get a call less than 2 hours later telling me that (Zach) the technician performed a charging system inspection and found that the alternator had failed. They have an alternator in stock but can't install until the next day. The next day I call Superior KIA and Keegan picks me up and takes me to the dealership. My car has a new alternator, under Warranty, and they even give it a courtesy wash. I drove the remaining 880 miles home with no issues. Less than a week later I get a followup call from Billy asking if everything is ok. Now this is what I call great service! This service department took care of me from start to finish.

We use the service department for our regular maintenance on our KIA vehicles and they even perform service for our vehicles that are other automotive brands as well. The facility is top notch and the employees are outstanding. The sales staff is knowledgeable and always happy to help out with questions after the purchase process is completed; the service department staff offer advisements as to upcoming service and always review what is recommended; they also review what service has been performed during regular service appointments. Our purchase and service experiences have always been great. Highly recommend!

    At around 5:45pm, I received a notification that someone from AllState Wrecking would arrive in 75…read moreminutes to tow my car, which would have been around 7:00pm. Tim called me around 6:00pm to let me know that he would be leaving soon to pick me up. A little before 7:00pm, he called again to tell me that he was about 20 minutes away. However, after 40 minutes, I called back, concerned that he couldn't find me. A woman answered the phone and said that they were still about 20 minutes away! They arrived at 8:13pm. However, when they arrived, they told me that they needed to leave and fill up their gas tank before they could tow my car. They finally picked me up a little after 8:30pm. There were two people in the cab. I sat in the passenger seat, feeling a little cramped. The woman sitting in the middle was sitting on my seat belt buckle, so I decided to just ride without my seat belt rather than making things awkward. They never apologized and instead complained about how much insurance companies pay for towing services (they told me up front they would only accept cash). On a positive note, they were reasonably priced and were kind enough to take me home after dropping off my car at the shop without any extra charge.
