Do not use Don's Alternator & Starter Service Inc Of Orange for anything. I dropped a starter off…read moreto him last Friday (2-27), and he said I'll have it ready by Tuesday (3-3). I called him on Wednesday (3-4) to check the status on my starter. Once he said he hadn't had a chance to look at it, I asked him for an estimate about how long it will be. After that, he went off and cussed me out completely for no apparent reason at all and told me to come pick my starter and i did, and once I got home, I tried to get the part number off my starter to order a new one, but he had scratched it off with his pocket knife. Luckily, I have before and after pictures of dropping it off. I went to and gave him a bad review and im not he first person that has had a problem with this dude. I do not recommend dealing with a psychopath.

A couple hours later he called & said the starter was sticking he chose to replace the starter with a refurbished starter it costs me $375 for repairs. Not even 2 weeks later I had to have the vehicle towed again for the same issue. When I spoke to him to inform him it was doing the same thing it was doing before he replaced the starter he stated he would have to charge me labor in order to check I told him that was ridiculous I just brought it less than 2 weeks ago for the same reason. He didn't say that the first time it was brought to him 2 weeks prior. I called AutoZone to price a new starter unbelievable a new starter was $190 he charged me $180 for a rebuirmeshed one!!!! The sad thing is it wasn't even the starter he got me for $375 !!! I will NEVER do business there again & definitely don't recommend anyone to do business here!!

All my trucks have been fixed by Licatino's and on one instance they gave me tips how to fix something on my own. Repairs done. 2012 Ram was keyed all over from the tailgate to the hood all the way around the truck. 2018 Ram was broken into. Broken glass, messed up door, I have photos somewhere and will update review when I find them.
