When we received it and drove it around we thought it felt and sounded like it needed brakes. The car has 85,000 miles on it, so assumed that was the issue. St. George is just outside our neighborhood so we took a shot and booked a apt. for brakes and a oil change. They called to tell me the car was done and the bill was $43.73. They said the pads on the brakes were fine and I didn't need to replace them. I had them repeat what I owed because I expected a large bill and a new set of brakes. They charged me for the oil change and that was it. We will always bring our auto repairs to them in the future and highly recommend them!!

My oil was overfilled by an entire quart, forcing me to have the oil change redone during a road trip in Northeast Florida. I also received my well-maintained 2022 VW Jetta back with a dead battery and check engine light. My VW app showed accessories and battery-draining functions had been left on during the 1.5-hour service. I understand the battery may have already been weak and that this may not have been caused by the shop, but the immediate blame placed on me and push to sell me a new battery was unacceptable. When I called several times with reasonable questions, I was met with rude and dismissive responses rather than empathy or accountability. I was also quoted $67 and confirmed three times that an advertised special applied. I later learned parts and labor were excluded, making the oil change around $120. While my final price was fair, customers should be aware that the advertised price can be misleading without the additional costs. Mistakes happen. The bigger issue was how they were handled. As a woman, I was also uncomfortable with conversations I overheard such as ways to add additional services for "her" and sincerely hope I misunderstood their context. This is my second attempt at posting this review. I've attached documentation supporting my experience and hope honest, critical reviews are allowed to remain.

I made an appointment to have the oil changed at 1:00 on a Friday and it went really well. The service writer was very helpful and courteous. It took about 45 minutes and the cost was reasonable. No upsell, no delay, just quick service. I overhear several phone calls with customers while I was waiting that sounded very professional and honest. The waiting room was the cleanest that I have ever experienced in a small shop like this. They had water and seltzer in a mini fridge. They also had a Kurig for coffee. I recommend them to anyone needing service. Thanks for a great service experience.
