We found a reputable Jeep mechanic in Fort Myers (Prodigy Jeep) and they found that not only was the engine never replaced like we paid for but the head bolts were NEVER torqued down to spec causing the motor to overheat. I should add that CR (consumer reports) have just ranked Jeep as the worst car brand based on reliability and customer satisfaction) Comparing the service departments of Cadillac and Jeep is like comparing night and day. At Jeep, you're cramped in this narrow passage while the service tech's are scrambling answering phones and pushing paper, while you wait in a line with other customers.
