    Horrible customer service! Literally called me a liar and said they couldn't find my name in there…read moresystem for a refund and then wouldn't give me store credit but when I bought the stuff my son needed they said do you want this emailed to the email address on file associated with my card so needless to say I won't be back to this location !     DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I would give them negative…read morestars if I could We bought a used Chrysler Pacifica from them less than 76000 miles on it in February and the day I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. We have a full warranty so we took it back, since then, the beginning of February (I write this mid may) I have driven the car maybe 3 days total because the light continues to come back on the same day we pick it up from the shop despite them "fixing it" at least 7 times now. They have had it in the shop for months, each time the light comes on they have it at a minimum of two weeks, they cannot fix the problem without the light coming back on the day I pick it up. They refuse to fix this issue or get us in another car despite the fact that this check engine code was CLEARLY there before we bought the car and they just cleared it hoping someone would come take their broken inventory off their hands. The Sales manager continues to ignore us and will not get back with us to try and come up with a solution. I am 9 months pregnant and each time we go to return this car we have to switch three car seats out, and I often have to do this on my own. they do not care. They expect us to continue to bring it in and get it "fixed" only to turn around and bring it back the same or next day because the same issue remains, the light ALWAYS returns. We are driving from the other side of Lexington each time wasting SO MUCH gas, time, and energy on an issue they cannot resolve and have no resolution in sight. These people will waste your time, waste your money, and expect you to just take it. I have lost all hope in them ever fixing my van or fixing this issue by just taking back the broken car they sold us. You are better off going to a buy here pay here lot or buying from a stranger on Facebook marketplace than buying from these absolute frauds.

Little did I know that it was covering something they didn't want me to see. Also, I received a key that was falling apart and they wouldn't replace it. Do not go there! It's not going to work out the way you want it to. I just hope and pray that's all that is all that is wrong with it.

    Like most of use working on cars I called this napa for price and availability on a timing belt…read moretensioner and I spoke to a lady who answered the phone I gave her the info on the car year make model and engine size she was courteous and prompt she said that the part would have to be ordered and they would have in tomorrow I told her I would get the customers ok and call back after calling the customer and got the ok I called back a fella named Brandon answered the phone I told him I had called early and preceded to give him the same information I gave the girl early in the day of course no problem but wait I have to pay for the part before he can order it (really) the part only cost $48.00 but ok I give him a credit card number and off goes the order next day I get a call the parts in the person that called said your tensioner is here I said ok and my wife will be in town so she will pick it up she goes into the Store to get the part and says to the person at the parts counter that this doesn't look like the right part and then call me on the phone to verify the part here they ordered a serpentine belt tensioner and at that point the girl I had spoke with walked in and said that she had talked to someone about a timing belt tensioner and so the said they would get the right part and have I the next day but of course the Right part is more expensive and so she had to call me for the credit card number so they could add the extra charge(you would they would have just ordered the part with out adding the $11.00 extra dollars) but not napa of nickolasville ky so I do the payment and order the part next day another call and the part is here my wife stops by to pick it up and brings it home yep wrong part so a quick check of the part number on the box and it does not match the number on the invoice so she calls the store explains the situation and the person she is talking to is dumb founded and cant figure it out and is rude so we just give up and the next day return the wrong parts and ask for a refund on our credit card which they do but also the counter person had to make a parting statement saying that well he did order a serpentine belt tensioner~~~i have dealt with many parts store not only here but pa. az. ks. And I must say this was the not only the worst people I have dealt with there policy just stinks and they were just rude a place like this should NOT be in business and with all the other parts stores around needless to say I wont be doing business there again
