Not only did he replace my blade, but he did this in a torrential downpour, and my wiper would not go on easily, due to a defect in the arm, I found out later. Undeterred, Sherwin was determined to get this to fit, and he succeeded. He went above and beyond and literally saved me that day. I did not live in the area, so if he had not helped me, I would've been stuck in the rain in Liberty with nowhere to go. I am so grateful to him, I can't express. Great employee and great store. All the young men seemed terrific there, and were all busy helping customers, but Sherwin was outstanding and cannot thank him enough. As I am a senior, I was distressed by my situation, but he came to my rescue!

Got the truck with 6,000 miles on the rebuild with paperwork and warranty. I was driving it and all the sudden my truck hit 230 degrees in the trans. I don't tow, it's my 4 mile daily to work and back. Threw the truck in limp mode and developed even more problems when the code was pulled and cleared. Wouldn't shift and major hesitations. I am a mechanic so I got to putting a new trans in it and come to find 2 bell housing bolts were loose, 2 transfer case bolted were loose, 2 connector locking tabs were broken, and found a torched hole on the flywheel and P and L never thought to replace the flywheel. 7k only lasted me 8 months guys. Do not recommend P and L transmission.

I had the car towed back to the garage and he Very reluctantly agreed to install a used transmission. During one of the Many trips back there to fix this leak or that, he got in my car with something in his back pocket and made a 6" tear in the driver's seat. Took the car to show him and he said, "Oh no, I didn't do that, you already got me on the transmission". Really, I thought. A couple weeks later the car wouldn't move, and I noticed fluid on the ground. Called him and he told me to add fluid and drop the car off. The next day he called stating the transmission now needed a new seal and that my warranty was up and the repair would cost over $500.00. "My warranty is up, the transmission was fine before I brought the car to you, I said", and he told me to come get my car that he wasn't the right garage for me. I took my car to another repair shop where they showed me the transmission was destroyed. Stay away, he doesn't stand behind his work.

Its run by a couple of thieves ..i…read moretook my 2017 there as ibwas getting transmission errors on my car ..I was told that my transmission needed to be replaced and to buy an auto insurance policy for it and come back on a month nd it was fine to drive until then..I stupidly listened to them whej I called a mknth later they told me they would take the car for a few weeks and file with the insurance and fux my car within a few weeks..originally they had told me it wud be 2 days ..who the heck guves uo thier car for 2 weeks..th year is 2025 we don't wait 2 weeks for car reoairs..I was furious and took my car to the Honda dealer..they told me it wasn't the transmission it was the torque converter and if I continued driving my car it can break down at any point..theu repaired the car on 1 business day and I was on my way again..they told me it was super dangerous to drive the way it was and my wife had gotten stuck numerous times in 95 degree heat because of thwm..they wud have replaced the wrong part and it akk wud have been for nothing.
