They told me that someone may or may not be there after work because it's friday. When i got there at 5:03, two workers were sitting in their car and another one was inside. The ones in their car were not the nicest they could have been and the women in the office basically blew me off. therefore because they couldn't have had human decency and take five extra minutes out of their day to help I do not recommend they only care about their time and themselves. Therefore my car is out for the entire weekend and I have to waste MORE MONEY i don't have to take the bus or get rides.

This place will let you know what the difference is. These are NOT people that get a job there for a few months, or even a couple years. They have been there for a long time and they KNOW auto parts. Two things really set them aside. First the quality of the parts that they sell is superior to any of those chain auto stores. Second, they help you out, they listen. If you need a case of oil when sure go to one of the cheap ones. If you have a real problem, and you need real parts, then come here. Why are they so much better? The chain stores deal with consumers. They sell air fresheners and little plastic ones that you can put on your car by the bucket load. This place sells hard parts to real mechanics in shops. They are FORCED to know a lot more. If they didn't they wouldn't be in business. Next time try this place, if you don't like it I would really like to know why.

They serviced my car immediately after calling, vacuumed out my entire vehicle (glass was everywhere from my window being smashed), noticed that my tires were low and filled them, and noticed my battery was dying, which they were able to replace for a ridiculously low price (at no additional labor charge). For all of this, I was in and out of Frank's in exactly one hour. The staff was extremely kind and I will certainly be back for any future car repair needs I may have. Thank you!

Had a really great experience here twice! My battery died trying to get to work a few days ago and…read moreI had to get it jumped. I went to O'Reilly to have it checked out. The guy came out with the equipment to put on the battery to see if it was good. He noticed some erosion around the battery and when he checked it out everything actually came back good. So I went to work that day and things were great. The very next morning the battery was dead again. So that evening I had it jumped again and I took it back to O'Reilly and Warren came out to the car and brought all of the equipment to check the battery, the starter, and the alternator. He then ran back inside to get all the equipment so that he could scrub off the erosion hoping that would help the situation with the battery. Everything in the car came back as good and passed all of the diagnostic tests he was doing. After Warren was done taking all the erosion off the battery he said that was as much as he could do at that point and hopefully that will help. He was so nice and helpful and explaining everything he was doing while checking out my vehicle. I really appreciated his help considering I don't know very much about cars. My battery has continued to start every day since he cleaned off all the erosion. I would highly recommend going hair if you have any issues with your car seeing that the staff is incredibly helpful!

There was also an older gentleman next to her; I asked both of them if someone could help me to get my oil cap off. The older gentleman said yes, I will meet you outside in a couple seconds. I waited 10 MINUTES.... I came back inside and both the woman and older gentleman were gone. I started crying (i've had a rough start to the week) so yes i started crying because how unprofessional and unbelievable. Marco had walked to the front working from the aisles (didn't know there was a third person working); he immediately stopped working and asked what was wrong. I explained and he dropped everything he was doing to go outside and help me. Now this is customer service! Because of Marco my morning that was rough, got better. I thank you so much for your kindness and helping me. YOU are an amazing human being. Shame on those who decided to hide because they didn't want to help.

He even made it in the store behind the desk before I even had a chance to walk around the corner from the parking lot that's oddly placed to the side of the entrance. Kinda bummed at what the scanner detected personally. He did share the pricing of the parts, but not much info willingness to answer any other questions which just made me hesitant to pre-purchase parts for a mechanic.
