When we got to our campsite we thought we would run to the parts store and get a fuse. The Jeep had other plans. Absolutely would not start. Called here at 4:55PM Jonathan said bring it in the morning and we'll look at it. We told him we would have to tow it behind the RV. He advised us that there was construction so we would need to pull into the grocery store parking area as we would not fit otherwise. My husband could not sleep much last night, thinking about the problem. As we drove to see Jonathan there was a parts store. My husband thought let's get that fuse and see what happens. Well it worked! Called Jonathan and told him we are good to go. He genuinely expressed that he was happy for us and was concerned we were going to be stranded as we waited for parts. Not many people care about another's inconvenience even though it was certainly not Jonathan's fault. After so many years traveling around the country we have come terms with "shit happens" but it's nice to know that there are guys like Jonathan out there for us.

The vehicle we looked at was in terrible condition and had clearly not been prepped for sale. It had a huge dent on the door, rust and sticky residue behind all the handles and trunk, completely fogged headlights, and heavily stained interior. When we politely told our salesman, Al Gammon, that we needed a moment to discuss the car, he rudely replied, "Did you not talk about it on the way down?" When I pointed out the blatant condition issues, he became defensive instead of helpful. He told us, "Where are you going to find a 2017 Camry with no scratches and dents?" and dismissively claimed it just needed a detail. Finally, instead of trying to assist us, he abruptly stated, "I guess this is not the car for you." Mr. Gammon bragged about having 14 years of sales experience, yet he lacks basic customer respect. I escalated this to the General Manager, Doug Driscoll, who offered a written apology but tried to soften the blow by claiming conversations can be "perceived differently." There is no misinterpreting direct, rude quotes. I have filed a formal BBB complaint. We will never buy a vehicle from Key CDJR of Marianna and we strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

When I went back the blond guy was busy with another customer so I watched where he went when another guy (Shawn) said to me "Hey, look over here, not over there." After getting over the initial shock I asked him "What did you say to me , boy?" When he said he would get my tires I told him not to worry and I would wait for the other guy. Next thing I know he comes out with my tires. He put them in my truck and I started to leave but thought better of it and went to talk to the Service Manager (Gary). After talking to him I left feeling like there absolutely be nothing done about it. Wanted to give 5 stars for the blond guy and negative 2 stars for Shawn's so I settled on 2.

They finally said they didn't have the size for my car, which doesn't use odd sized tires. I asked about close sizes that would also easily fit, to which they said they were only allowed to put the exact size as the manufacturer did. That's ridiculous! There's virtually no difference between a 215-65-17 and a 215-60-17 tire, or a 215 and a 205 - millimeters difference. But they wouldn't do it. Not remotely helpful when you're stranded far from home with very limited tire shop options in middle-of-nowhere Florida.

I called and he told me he had four tires to fit my RV. When we got there he backed us right up to the building, two mechanics came right out and started changing the tires. Everyone there was friendly and professional. We had four tires changed and our spare placed back where it belongs all in 30 minutes. I, as most expected to be raked across the coals for "stranded traveler needing help"routine. Instead, all four tires installed and in record time, actually cost me less than when I put tires on at our local shop. Very much appreciate the guys and their honest hard work when we needed help.
