The vehicle we looked at was in terrible condition and had clearly not been prepped for sale. It had a huge dent on the door, rust and sticky residue behind all the handles and trunk, completely fogged headlights, and heavily stained interior. When we politely told our salesman, Al Gammon, that we needed a moment to discuss the car, he rudely replied, "Did you not talk about it on the way down?" When I pointed out the blatant condition issues, he became defensive instead of helpful. He told us, "Where are you going to find a 2017 Camry with no scratches and dents?" and dismissively claimed it just needed a detail. Finally, instead of trying to assist us, he abruptly stated, "I guess this is not the car for you." Mr. Gammon bragged about having 14 years of sales experience, yet he lacks basic customer respect. I escalated this to the General Manager, Doug Driscoll, who offered a written apology but tried to soften the blow by claiming conversations can be "perceived differently." There is no misinterpreting direct, rude quotes. I have filed a formal BBB complaint. We will never buy a vehicle from Key CDJR of Marianna and we strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

When I went back the blond guy was busy with another customer so I watched where he went when another guy (Shawn) said to me "Hey, look over here, not over there." After getting over the initial shock I asked him "What did you say to me , boy?" When he said he would get my tires I told him not to worry and I would wait for the other guy. Next thing I know he comes out with my tires. He put them in my truck and I started to leave but thought better of it and went to talk to the Service Manager (Gary). They finally said they didn't have the size for my car, which doesn't use odd sized tires. I asked about close sizes that would also easily fit, to which they said they were only allowed to put the exact size as the manufacturer did. That's ridiculous! There's virtually no difference between a 215-65-17 and a 215-60-17 tire, or a 215 and a 205 - millimeters difference. But they wouldn't do it. Not remotely helpful when you're stranded far from home with very limited tire shop options in middle-of-nowhere Florida.

I called and he told me he had four tires to fit my RV. When we got there he backed us right up to the building, two mechanics came right out and started changing the tires. Everyone there was friendly and professional. We had four tires changed and our spare placed back where it belongs all in 30 minutes. I, as most expected to be raked across the coals for "stranded traveler needing help"routine. Instead, all four tires installed and in record time, actually cost me less than when I put tires on at our local shop. Very much appreciate the guys and their honest hard work when we needed help.

I was down a total of 1 hour 47 min according to elogs. Mechanic was onsite w/ me aprox 30 min. They charged me for 2 hours labor. Bill was 585.00. Extremely overpriced!!!!!! 150 for call out service, 70 dollars for diesel fuel, the rest for pouring fuel in tank and pumping primer on side of engine for 5 minutes. I fully expected a 300 dollar charge and would have been fine with that as a fair rate. However this dealership chose to take advantage to extort me for twice the normal rate of other facilities. My mistake was not asking for a quote and assuming they were a reputable business. They did not disclose the rate until after services rendered. Ended up having to pay another dealership 800.00 because this business couldn't get my key back from there drop box. You guys need to hang a sign letting customers know not to use the drop box, hoping other customers don't learn the hard way like we did. Horrible service. They 100% didn't care. I had looked up some places but decided on John Bryan's Automotive. They promptly assisted us running some computer diagnostics and explained what had been found. The lady explained that the repair was not urgent at this time and could be looked at again when returning home. They did not charge us and I and my wife were very grateful for their integrity. We were able to travel to Mississippi without problems and make it back to Texas were we live. I had the car rechecked at the mechanic we normally use and the diagnostics matched in which it should have. Honesty and integrity go a long way for most people and rightfully so, especially with auto repair. Thanks to the lady that assisted us. We were blessed!
