    Awesome place for Do It Yourself Auto Repair! But they also do FREE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CODES!! Why pay big buck$$$ to the dealership or repair shop! They will plug into your car harness and print you a Free Code Reading! Now I know what the problem is and can get estimates without having to pay for the reading!

    Went in to have a headlight bulb replaced and the back windshield wiper as well and Claudio ended up helping me. he was amazing. Super helpful with other questions I had about my car and was just all around friendly. I told him that if he moves to another location I'm calling corporate to follow him.

    Check engine light on.

    Came here with a check engine light on. Ran into a kind helpful gentleman named Cassady. He was so helpful and informative. He talked me step by step as to what was wrong with my vehicle and why and how to fix it. Within a few minutes my car engine light was off. Thank you so much to Cassady who is super awesome! Highly highly recommend him.

    For some reason unable to get the military discount (even though a Nevada driver's license confirmed) . Our cashier had to wait for the OK from the other cashier who was busy with another customer. Why permit a veteran discount and then not grant it? Bizarre. And unfair, in my opinion. Rather than wait for the other cashier to finish, we didn't want to hold up the line and said "that's ok". Paid the full amount and left. Not overly impressed.

    This is my girl, she is super friendly and super helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond today to help me. Your freakin awesome

    I absolutely love going to this AutoZone. The people that work here are absolutely amazing and are super friendly but today there was a very special young lady there very pretty she had tattoos and I did get a chance to get a picture of her and I'm so glad I did because I totally forgot her name and I just want to give her a big shout out for just going above and beyond today at her job. She came out and tried to help me with my Canam Ryker, she was super friendly like you guys need more of her at all the AutoZone's

    I had a really disappointing experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location…read more We called ahead regarding a brake line leak and were told they didn't have anything that could help. When we came in anyway, we were able to locate the necessary components ourselves within minutes, including items we were explicitly told were not available. We asked an employee if they had banjo washers, which are standard sealing components for brake hose fittings. We were told we would need to go to another location. We then went to the hardware section and found them in stock ourselves. This is not a specialty item. It is a basic component in any hydraulic brake system. We also asked if we could briefly borrow a wrench to address the issue in the parking lot and were told no because everyone is thieves. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. The store was also extremely inefficient. Three employees were all focused on a single customer purchasing antifreeze while a line of customers waited. There was no attempt to assist anyone else or move the line along. The overall attitude from staff, particularly an older woman and man working, was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to provide accurate information or even basic customer service. Despite being told they had nothing that could help, we were able to purchase the correct parts from this same store and resolve the brake line issue ourselves. The only problem was the staff. If you already know exactly what you need and can find it yourself, you might be fine. If you expect accurate information or any level of assistance, this location falls well below standard.

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me.     I wanted to leave a review about my experience at this Autozone from a couple days ago…read more What led me to this Autozone was that I had a battery installed by AAA, and the guy was so nice, but he accidentally dropped one of the screws that helps to hold down the battery. He tried with a magnet, but couldn't find it, and advised me to go to Autozone and get a screw. I went to this Autozone, and Patrick helped me. It was busy when I walked in, but he was efficient and gracious and kind when I mentioned it, saying it had just gotten busy. He then went to look at my car/battery, and somehow almost immediately found the screw, put it back in for me, and wished me a nice day and to come back if I needed anything else. I told him I would definitely be back if I needed anything. The thing that stood out to me is that he was capable, kind, personable, genuine, and respectful. When someone helps you efficiently and capably and also has those characteristics, it really does earn repeat business. It also is a great way to treat another human being. That's why I thought this was worth a review. I recommend this Autozone location because of him. Thanks for your help Patrick!

    Five-Star Service -- Give This Man a Raise!…read more I stopped by AutoZone today to get help with my battery, and I have to highlight Herbert for delivering some of the best customer service I've experienced in years. Even though the store was busy, he made sure every single customer was acknowledged, greeted, and reassured that he would get to them. You could tell he truly cared -- not rushing anyone, but still working with urgency and professionalism. When it was my turn, Herbert was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took extra time to make sure my battery was installed correctly and actually explained what he was doing and why -- something most mechanics or technicians never take the time to do. I walked away feeling informed instead of brushed off. What stood out most was how he balanced everything: * gave every customer attention * communicated clearly so no one felt ignored * worked efficiently and safely * stayed positive and kind the entire time It reminded me of the level of service and genuine kindness we used to experience years ago -- something we don't see often with the younger generation anymore. Herbert truly went above and beyond, and I hope AutoZone recognizes the value he brings to this store. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition, it's him. Outstanding experience!

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D
