This location was super helpful! Ricky and Cam were so amazing. They have to have their own individual shout outs. Both of them were so nice and helpful and as hot as it was, they sat there and helped us do this work so we really wanna say how glad we are and they have definitely earned our business! read more

I had to get a catalytic converter replaced on ny car and this was the closest location. After calling and waiting to see if the part was in stock (maybe waited about 10 minutes on the phone), we headed over. I've never known about an Auto Zone open 24 hours, but this is one of them. We got into line quickly and the first thing I noticed was the amount of cashiers (4), the volume of online orders that staff was pulling, and that they had floor mats down for us to stand on while waiting. We maybe waited about 20 minutes to get to the front of the line and get the correct part. Honestly, I'm surprised at how quickly we got through given how busy this spot was. Even with the wait on the phone and in the store, I would do business again. Thanks. read more

Terrible service night shift guy with tattoos beard and white guy claims I can not use my commercial account to buy anything at night time. Autozone allows commercial account at any time for any purchase no matter what. if not nobody would get a commercial account with autozone. Two times I come and have problems with this same guy. read more

Told myself a year ago I'd never come back to this location ! Worst damn employees in Autozone Land! 7 damn registers , several associated but only 2 working , 2 been on that damn phone and if not on the phone they just leaning on the damn counter ! Autozone needs to send Tory from the Ann rd location to fix this damn store , she made the Ann location the best Autozone to shop at ! Lines are going into the aisles. Look at the damn cameras ! Hayden was the only one helping the long long line , cameras will show , Hayden still provided great customer service. He should be promoted and train all associates how to provide above and beyond customer service. Associated MUST know that the customers pay their paycheck! No customers means no business, no customers, no business, doors close ! read more

Male sales manager on July 7th around 8:30pm was incredibly helpful. When I arrived I was one of the few people in there, and once I got helped the line had reached the door. The man helping me maintained an optimistic and helpful tone. He replaced my battery and ensured it was installed correctly. You can tell he cares for the customers. read more

This location is superrr busy and we waited in line and was told there wasn't a part in stock even though online it said it was. We ended up leaving and calling to get a different cashier and Michael, a manager I think, ended up finding the part for us and pulling us out of line to ring us up. Great customer service from him read more

The car technician Val was amazing, friendly and patient. I highly recommend this amazing guy .

Saved my life today had to go replace my battery and the customer service was amazing I didn't get his name but really chill dude he had blonde hair and black hat on 10/10:) read more

Yall better give that man Simon a raise! Cause he gave professional and the RIGHT help! And had no problem doing it with a smile on his face! He is fantastic! And I'll be coming right back to the same store again! For the professional skills and manners ! read more

Right when we walked in, Jose went out of his way and greeted us and helped us. He processed our pick up order quickly and efficiently. He just made the overall experience really easy and welcoming. Thank you Jose for being an outstanding employee. read more

There's an AutoZone that's open 24 hours, so you can grab car parts whenever you need them. Perfect for late-night fixes or last-minute emergencies. Just check online or call to make sure it's open before you head over! They had the coolant i needed and oil to top off between next service date after 11pm on Saturday. read more

I had an excellent experience with Simon. He came out to my car when one of the other guys declined. My mirror was hanging and I was given bad advice to just buy the mirror part from someone at the dealer. Simon took the time to come out and see what the issue was. He was able to assist me and prevented me from wasting money. I will be forever grateful. Important take away is sometimes you just need someone to listen and care. That was Simon. Bug thanks. read more

Michael, took care of me and gave me the best customer service ever! Was super excited to help me with the products I need for my oil change!! He is amazing at his Job, will definitely come back felt very seen and welcomed! read more

I broke down just out of town and used uber to deliver the part to me. I spoke with a manager to make sure the pickup would not have problems. Had to wait a while but it was worth it! The manager here did a phone order and released the item to my driver so i could get back on the road. Thanks!! read more

Can you EVER answer your phones???? after about ten minutes ringing, a woman answered and didn't listen to anything I said. I was left on hold. 20 min passed. nothing. This store is a total joke. You should be embarrassed by your horrible service. Who is accountable? does the district manager and general manager follow what goes on? Come on. read more

I wnt there they had 7+ employees around only two working with customers. All others talking. doing nothing

This AutoZone is always pretty clean and the customer service is usually on point. I live a block away and know that when I need something from AutoZone they'll make it easy for me to get it done. Whether I needed new windshield wipers or motor oil- they're prompt with their help. I feel safe when I'm inside the store and that can be tough for a woman that shops alone at auto stores. read more

Easy returns and replacements. Knowledgable staff. Price is great with a 24 hour branch for emergencies.

I'm going to start off how they wasted my time and they like to play on the phone so I called 3 different times today and each time the guys swear they couldn't hear me ! Then I called a 4th a different guy and it was perfect he could hear me. They continuously put you on hold and forget about you. They tell they have items and have you drive all the way over here so they can tell you they no longer or never had them. They say the put stuff on hold for you and then no one can find your name this is bs and very upsetting they are bs workers and need a better customer service system read more

I usually don't leave Reviews, But the two black light skin woman were very helpful, I was having a rough night with my car battery and they would come out & be very helpful, no attitudes at all, very great customer service read more

This is the closest AutoZone to me and EVERY SINGLE time I come in here the associates are horrible. I've actually never had a good experience here. 6 people in like and 1 associate at the counter and 5 just walking around trying to look busy. I kid you not every single time I come into this AutoZone I am greeted with horrible customer service or lack there of, and they just do not know what they are doing in my opinion. I've had to walk out about 3 different times because they are that slow And I just asked for the managers name and this lady Megan would not give it to me. Overall just a horrible experience every time read more

Hayden was very professional and helped me out and also got the part I needed with efficiency and with great customer service I will definitely come back cause of him this guys deserves more than a raise read more

I'll preface this review by saying this is the only auto parts store open 24 hours in Las Vegas - I would've gone anywhere but here to begin with given the opportunity. I came in the store at 10 PM for a part, there were about six employees standing around, joking and laughing.. As I walk in one person yells out "we closed between 10 and 11" So I come back at 11:30 ..the website for this particular store says they have my part in stock. I give the part number to a woman with red hair and she goes into the back to retrieve it .. about 15 minutes passes and she comes back chewing food and the last bit of a hamburger in hand and asks me "was the part for you" I say yes.. she responds "we don't have it, it's in the shipment we just got in and we don't deal with the new shipments" I'll NEVER be back to most certainly this location - possibly any AutoZone at all. Don't waste your time coming to this location- read more

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this was my third incident with this particular location. They are so unprofessional have bad attitude, just a horrible.. please take your time and go out for the skip this place altogether horrible horrible customer service. I left a message with the corporate office over two weeks ago. No response. The cashier Tony was very unprofessional, will be calling corporate again. read more

The only place that had the part i needed, came in and was in line for about half an hour. 5 workers all going slow no type of effort in trying to get the line out. read more

I come to this store pretty regularly but I've finally have had enough of the foolishness that goes on at this store it's always full and 1-3 cashiers the rest hiding or joking , I attempted to return some unused spray paint but the cashier a heavy set bald glasses older man said they don't do that but I called a different store and they said they do take the cans back so basically they make their own policies up here so I found a much better autozone that I've been going to the 3051 N rainbow one , I recommend that store instead. read more

One manager can't figure out how to wear her mask while another can't get off her phone to help customers. Been in line for 15 minutes because there is one person operating a register. Not a manager. Props to him for keeping his cool. I'm a mobile mechanic and this is the by far the worst managed store I have been to in years. Update: took longer to get the part than it will to install it. Being a commercial customer the manager had to put down her phone to help me. Another customer needed a part and when his associate went to pull the part rather than offering to pull it as well while she was in the back she told him he would have to wait. I'm assuming she needed to get back to her conversation. read more

AutoZone - Manager texting - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Guys people do not come to the store I went in there and bought 8 quarts of transmission oil and the transmission line I did not need a transmission line so I took it back Jose remembers me and refuse to give me back my money unbelievable insists that I gave him the part number Therefore l don't get a refund poor customer service lack of knowledge for autozone I will get my refund once I call Corporate if not I will blow this up all over social media and the news and make a complaint with the city license board etc read more

The customer service here from the manager was non existent. There were 4 people.on staff including him that I could see. A long line was growing? People getting upset and some walking out. Did he care to serve or assist? No. I've been a manager and I've also worked in an establishment like this. It's not the way you want to run a store. read more

I called from my house to make sure the part I needed was there, I was told by another location they did. The first person that answered sounded annoyed and transferred our call. Then we were put on hold because they had another customer they were helping. All this before they even knew what I was wanting to ask. I waited on hold and started driving to the store. It takes 25 minutes to get to the store from my house. I was still on hold when I pulled into the parking lot! Great customer service(NOT), at least tell me we are crazy busy you may be on hold a while instead of just leaving me hanging. read more

AutoZone - Here is how long I was put on hold with not response!! - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Called this store to get a very specific part to put on hold that they told me up and down was in stock on the phone. The location was a ways out of the way for me but took the drive to get the part there because i desperately needed it. On the phone multiple times they said it was in stock, i drive almost an hour to get there, wait in line for 20 minutes, just for them to say they don't have it. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money that could've been used elsewhere. Called the manager after the fact and all he said was "ya this happens" like sweet ok thanks anyways i will probably continue to put a an inquiry at the better business bureau because this is absolutely unacceptable and i can't imagine how many other people this has happened to. read more

Carlos, Franco, Kenny on commercial are the best! They always help me out, never rush me and are very cool! Shoutout to Smoggers

Definitely don't recommend going here unless it's your last option, went to buy some oil and a oil filter the guy that helped me last night was a a**hole didn't seem like he wanted to work and seemed annoyed about my presence not sure if it's because I'm not white lol didn't even asked if I wanted a bag for the stuff I bought Honestly I'm going to start going to Advance Auto Parts where I'll at least get greeted and actually do their job and asked if I need help with anything read more

the 5 star review isn't necessarily for autozone, or even for this location. the five stars goes to the girl who helped me behind the counter. she was the only woman who worked there, that day, or maybe in general. i entered this autozone nervous to have to buy a car battery (and tools to replace one) because i don't know anything about cars, and since i am a woman (and a bizarre looking one at that), i thought i was doomed looking for sympathetic souls. it was busy as all hell in there, phones ringing off the hook, understaffed. every employee running in circles trying to help the growing line of customers. i landed perfectly in the queue to be helped by the only other woman around and felt relief wash over me. she could have been understandably short with me, or frustrated at the situation, but all she was to me was calm and kind. she found exactly what i needed, sympathized with my entire situation, and even gave me a few tips on how to replace the battery as she was ringing me up, all without judgement on my lack of car comprehension. she was my saving grace in an otherwise uncomfortable situation for someone like me, and i feel like a fool for not catching her name. if you know who this might be, please give her the recognition she deserves for being a customer service EXPERT. read more

Worse experience ever came here to get my battery charged got here at 12am and didn't leave till 3:30 I went several times to check on the update and they kept saying it got disconnected, please save yourself the trouble and do not come here read more

So here's the thing, I've been coming to this location for years, and I understand the customer service is sometimes rugged, the area itself can be a bit rough as well. For my personal experience majority of my visits have been in the night hours, I've always had good service looking for parts, getting my vehicles scanned, recommendations, along with associates going the extra mile. I've always tried being extra curtious with everyone in sales cause it can be a tough gig. I personally feel this shop has some room for improvement like everyone else. but personally il still be going there. read more

There's four people working it's 130 in the morning. One person is being helped by one of them. Which means 3 of them is not doing a damn thing. I'm standing there with my hands full patiently waiting for someone to check me out for 25 mins!!!! What in the hell is wrong with this place?? I spend way to much money with auto zone to be ignored for 25 mins!! This place needs to pay more attention to the people they are hiring! Four people and 3 of them are just straight lazy or totally stupid either way they don't need to be working there! Needless to say I threw everything I had in my hands for 25 mins down and walked out!! read more
