I rented a vehicle and loaded up my stuff and continued on to FL dropped it off and returned the end of the week. Sales manager comes over and tells me no deal they will not sell me the car because price in their computer was wrong. I had already bought car, WTH? Bait and switch begins. Tries to renegotiate price. I was not having it. Bad customer service and ethics. General manager would not accept their mistake. Total bad experience at Lexus of Knoxville. Only good thing to say is the salesman's was super kind and he tried to make the deal happen but his superiors screwed him over. Luckily I kept a copy of the deal sheet for proof if needed.
