He pulled what I needed. Then, because he had no record of payment, tried to tell me I might have to pay for it. I told him it had already been removed from my account, and I wasn't paying twice in the hope that someone did the right thing after-the-fact. He told me there was "no need to get upset." NOPE, wrong answer. You failed to have my items together, you tried to insist I pay for it twice. Every right to be upset. Maybe don't be a condescending jerk when dealing with customers with whom you've already had 2 strikes.
