New staff seems to be working hard to help customers that come in. Great value. Rose Mary was a huge help.

At home I got the electrical checker out and battery was two volts. Yes way low. Jumped off checked again with running 13 volts yes getting electricity. Get to advance here and walk in. One person at the computer I walk up and he's typing. I said hello no response got ignored. Two people walk out from the back one a older guy that would make a good Santa clause. White hair and beard. Told him like to get a battery checked. He said sure and grabbed a checker and I told what car and he connected the checker to the battery and said battery shows as good and said your alternator is bad I thought strange I just checked at home 10 minutes ago 13 volts so we went back inside he called around and said I'll replace at my business down the road for 580 dollars. My wife said what I was thinking we will get a second opinion and went to dealer where we got the car in Johnson city, five minutes they said battery is good, alternator is good parasitic drain and walked around to the back hatch oh your dome light is on...... so no bad alternator or battery operator error that the guy at advance was trying to make 580 dollars on. And we turned our back for about 30 seconds and he said you know your missing a pop rivet from your air breather showed me it dust around it no dust where it was so he probably took it in order for him to know a pop rivet

After only 5 hours on the clock, (roughly half of which was spent inside of lowes, trying to tell his wife the answer to 2+2 essentially) seeing that I'd went in with a list prepared of all the materials we needed to get, yet it took double the time it should've, and I took the blame, although I was merely a bystander, waiting on his wife to decide whether my professional experience justified the list of materials I'd composed. STAY AWAY!!!
