Went with my dad and a fried to try and find a front bumper cover for my Hyundai Elantra. I was told, and I quote, "We have some Hyundai out there, dunno if it's the one you're looking for." Turns out, they charge $1 just to go in and look at the vehicle. We were all under the assumption that the cost would be refunded if we didn't purchase anything. When we got out to the yard, there was a Hyundai Accent that had been crushed on the driver's side and had the front end caved in, clearly unusable for me. We all went back to the office and the older lady rudely told us that she didn't know what kind of car it was, only the male was in their system. When my dad asked about the $3 refund, she gave us an astounded look, like we were asking something so taboo. She refused to give us a refund and said the charge is mandatory. Had we known the "admission fee" wasn't refundable, we would've never set foot in this place. What a scam Foss has running here. Even the recycling place next door will scam you. So much for being "true to the word of God". Avoid anything Foss, they're nothing but evil.

And my other brother told me I needed air, well I tried that but it still came on. I remembered how friendly auto zone in general are to their customers, so I came to this location by chance. The young man name Nick with his friendly smile pointed me in the direction to get caps for the wheel (air caps). Even with my fear I asked him if he could check my car out, I didn't think their was enough air and I never had to do this before since I never had a car. He went straight into help Mode, he provided me with the air machine and did the air himself . While his manager took other customers. It was Nick that got on his knees to help a stranger that just lost her brother . He not only put air in my tire but he explained how I can do it myself and where the type of tire and air number is located in my car. I'm so grateful to have encounter Nick. As an HR Director you strive for your employees to go above and beyond. Not only did he do that but he showed compassion. I will always remember his kindness during such a difficult time of my life. I called to ask about selling a catalytic converter and mentioned that I had the serial number. The woman on the phone responded by saying that even if I provided the serial number, she "couldn't take my word for it." The tone of the conversation made it feel like I was being treated as dishonest just for asking about pricing. She then mentioned that one person only received $8 for a catalytic converter, which did not sound serious or helpful when someone is trying to get legitimate information. Most catalytic converter buyers will at least provide a general estimate using the serial number or photos. Instead, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional from the start. Customer inquiries should be handled respectfully and clearly, especially when someone is simply asking how your buying process works.

Always over priced. Last experience, I took my camper to file an insurance claim after a hurricane. After my camper sat at there shop for 2 weeks with zero communication. They finally look at it and decide they don't feel like messing with it, because my insurance company can be tough to deal with. He pretty much told us that if you didn't have farmers insurance, it wasn't worth his time. My wife and I ask about paying for it our selves. We are told, yeah we may be able to get to it in 6 to 8 weeks.... they inform us he's selling so many campers. He's only interested in quick cash jobs. That ours would take to long to fix. I would suggest going elsewhere.
