She stated I had to take one off to measure it by comparing to others. I asked if she could check on the computer for the recommended size. She said no because, "I guarantee the information in my system is incorrect." I cannot believe O'Reilly Auto Parts would knowingly keep incorrect auto part information in their system. I want to believe Kayley just didn't want to help. But if it is true, then O'Reilly is not reliable for auto parts.

They charged me $185 to test the batteries, which took 6 hours. Then they told me I needed new ones (my car comes with an auxiliary battery) at a cost of over $650. I wanted to check out battery prices before I committed. Interstate Batteries on Willow quoted one half the price. When I got to their shop to buy my batteries, Chris tested them in a matter of 4 minutes. He discovered I didn't need new batteries, I just need to charge them fully every once in awhile. They didn't make a sale today, but they made a life-long customer. Thanks Chris and Scott and the crew at IB for being so professional and honest.

I spoke to the truck's driver and he did not care about his reckless unsafe driving and walked away from me. He either did this on purpose or is careless. I spoke to the business manager by phone, he said he would talk to the driver but didn't ask me any details so I doubt he will do actually do anything about this employee. I refuse to do business with companies like this who have unsafe and uncaring employees.

Arrived with car barely running and prepared to install part in the parking lot, and was told, "Uh, we don't have that. We can maybe get one for you tomorrow." I insisted they find one at another Advanced, and then after another Advanced store kept them on hold for 20 minutes, "couldn't" transfer my purchase to that store and I had to pay the full amount again. If they can't do online ordering correctly, they shouldn't do it at all. And they should hire real adults to help customers, not college brats.

After their service it appeared the oil pan plug was leaking oil. Took it back. They said it was the plug gasket. Also said the oil pan gasket was leaking. Now it has a constant drip from the plug.
