Their free battery installation? Not for me. (Though they recommended a great place to me). They also couldn't help me with my windshield wipers. Most of the time they carry the parts for my car I need...sometimes they tend to run out but will either order them or refer me to the store near Petco. The last time I went in, the new guy working seemed kind of dumb though, so I give them only three stars. I needed a cabin air filter, which I knew they keep behind the counter and he had no idea where it was. he also kept forgetting the make of my car so I repeated it to him three times. I drive a VW Jetta so sometimes their policies against my car seem a bit strange. I mean, who hasn't owned one? But I get the Euro-import discrimination often so I'm used to it.

They recently worked on my wife's Subaru Outback (needed both rear struts/coils, front wheel bearings and brakes) as well as the AC on my Toyota Tacoma (components were on back order, but they found them!) - they got it done much quicker (over a week sooner) and much cheaper (over $1000 less) than the dealerships/other shops around Essex were able to. Would highly recommend Sikora's Service Center to anyone in need of repairs/maintenance for their vehicle(s) in Chittenden County area!

I inflated the punctured tire and was there in under 4 minutes, left my vehicle off and walked back home. They had my tired repaired an hour later and I picked up my vehicle. I was truly impressed in how I was a walk-in with no appointment, yet, they squeezed me in on very short notice and I was on my way in short time! When shopping for new 4 new tires in Fall 2025, I certainly wanted to get a quote from them and it was very competitive to anyone else around. They don't offer free puncture repair or free rotation, but, that wasn't a critical requirement and I also felt I owed a local/Vermont company my business over using a national chain store, taking into account the puncture repair done there in 2024. I dropped off my vehicle for the 9am appointment and my car was ready at 10:40am and ready to go! Impressive! I had a few questions later in the day regarding TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and stopped by to ask and had all questions answered clearly and completely. Well done! My vehicle will be out of warranty soon and due to both the short distance from my home, but, also and more importantly, the quality of work done here and the promptness to get me in and out so well, I'll be a customer here,... ongoing. For my first experience at Jason Leo's with a pricey investment into my vehicle, I'm feeling that I'm in very good hands and made the right choice of where to get my work done.

On September 20th 2024, I brought my 2007 Honda Fit to Steve to take a look at some service lights and a funny noise. He fully diagnosed it on the spot, told me I needed to bring it back for a new transmission and new brakes and that he'd call some parts companies and get back to me with an estimate. He never contacted me again. A few nights ago, 12/2/24 my engine started billowing smoke late in the evening and I emergently had my car towed to hometown after hours, thinking that as a loyal customer they may be able to get me in. Instead, I got a phone call from Steve telling me that they have never and will never work on Honda Fits, my car is blocking the plows (there is no snow) and that I need to bring it elsewhere. I asked for a recommendation, and he told me that no one will work on a Honda fit and he won't send me to one of his friends. I brought up the diagnostics he did, and he told me that when he did it "6 months or a year ago" (actual timeline = 10 weeks) that he did indeed call me back with prices, "or maybe left a message". So in one conversation he both admitted that he did work on my car and looked into parts but that he also has never worked on my car and won't in the future. I think I asked one more question and he told me my keys were in the cup holder and hung up on me. Great business, Steve!
