My significant other and I purchased a flatbed tray for our truck in Feb 2022. The business needed the money upfront to place the order and we paid $16K for a tray we NEVER RECEIVED. They fraudulently took our money without delivering the product and have completely ghosted us and even the BBB. I am confident other customers are losing money because of their illegal business practices. EO told us the tray would take 6-9 months to be built and shipped to their shop in the US. Their communication during this time was extremely sparse but they assured us the tray was coming. Finally in Oct 2022 they said the tray had arrived and would be ready for install within a few days. We struggled to get in touch with them for a month after that and when we finally did (Nov 2022) they said the tray was lost. Since then they have completely ghosted us, and ignored our numerous attempts to reconcile with a refund. We have complained to numerous agencies who have also contacted EO to seek a refund on our behalf and they have ignored all efforts. They did something very similar to another person in Dec 2022 by not returning a refund that was promised. This is a huge amount of money to be taken from us, and I even expressed in numerous emails and voicemails that this tray was vital to our family's vehicle (I am pregnant with my first child). If I were you, I would stay away and do business with someone else. If you are reading this and have purchased a product from EO but never received it please respond so we can coordinate efforts.

This place used to be good. I own a repair shop that works on many fleet vehicles. Lately you get…read moreplaced on hold imedietly when calling in, with hold times in excess of 15 minutes. Calling back does no good. If you drive the half hour to to see them in person you find the time is waisted because they dont have what you need in stock. they used to stock just about anything you needed for a peterbilt. not so anymore.
