They are very rude. They don't know how to tend. I think they don't have the ability to help. It seems that we have to beg them to sell us.

I like the order and pay online but pick up in the store feature. It made things really easy. I was able to look up the exact wiper I needed for my car from the comfort of my own home (or desk at work). I got a little lost getting there and my gps froze part way there but I did find it. Bonus points to the man behind the counter who gave me a paper clip to reset my gps which I'm now keeping in the car at all times. Atleast until I get around to replacing the gps.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never given any place or anyone a bad review…read morebefore, even if my experience was horrible. But I don't want anybody going through what I am right now because of this place. I needed my AC recharged, so I called ahead and they told me they could help me. I don't know anything about cars, so I didn't know at the time how stupid I was for trusting these people even with just recharging an AC. I walked inside, it said we were required to wear masks (which is great) but none of the employees were wearing masks. I stood right in front of the counter, there were 3 different employees, nobody in line, and nobody even acknowledged me. Finally when we went to get the refrigerant, this guy was looking between two ' & I asked him what's the difference and he said nothing. He never asked me what type of car I had, or what year. Never looked at the numbers under my hood so that he could proceed to put the correct refrigerant in my car. When he did, the knob didn't fit. So after 10 mins he slammed it on and finished the job. It was not fixed, so I took it to a mechanic and they told me THEY didn't even have the right refrigerant because it's a rare type but they did tell me what type I needed and when they looked at the bottle of refrigerant this place put in, it was the completely wrong one and that's why it didn't fit in the first place. This was a 40$ job which is now turned into 1000$ because this moron basically broke my compressor. These people have no idea what they're doing, both of the other employees came out and were "helping" but clearly none of them had any idea what they were doing.

IF YOU WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SPAM ME. I will come to you if I need something. If you spam me, I will boycott you. They must have some idiot in charge of advertising and customer retention because NO OTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP does this. I BOUGHT a car from Wellesley Toyota and they had the class to understand that if they did a good job and LEFT ME THE F ALONE AFTERWARD, I would come back. And Wellesley Toyota is where I'm bringing my car this week because it now needs repairs. Avoid this place. They have no class.

Avoid Tasca Toyota Boston Service…read more Posting this so other people don't get played on pricing: do not take your vehicle here unless you're prepared to audit every line of the invoice and argue. I brought my 2011 Toyota 4Runner in for an alternator replacement. They initially estimated 5 hours of labor at $214/hr for a job that is typically 1.5-2 hours. Only after I challenged it did the labor suddenly drop to 2 hours. That tells me the estimate wasn't based on a consistent standard--it changed when I pushed back. Then the final invoice (#420466, 2/13/26) shows they installed a REMAN alternator (27060-31190-84) and charged me $495 for it. The next business day I went to Tasca's Parts Department and was quoted $377 for the reman alternator (new is $504, plus a $75 core). So why was I billed $495 for reman? That's basically new-part pricing for a reman unit. More red flags: * The invoice never says "new" anywhere (so don't assume anything). * The invoice also shows no core charge at all--again, not transparent. If you're charging near-new prices, the billing should be crystal clear, not vague. I contacted Toyota USA and they told me Tasca claimed they called me and offered a $200 service credit. I received no call and no offer. And I don't want a "credit" that requires me to come back. I want the overcharge refunded (the corrected numbers come out to $225). Bottom line: inflated labor until challenged, reman alternator billed like new, and sloppy/inaccurate follow-up. There's an expectation that a Toyota dealership will get it right the first time. This one didn't. Go to another Toyota dealer or a reputable independent shop. "If you still go, get everything in writing: labor hours, part condition (new vs reman), part number, and core line item--before approving anything."
