They're pretty good for used parts and repairs. We've been using them for what seems like forever;…read morethe Clayton boys aren't exactly boys anymore. lol Dad even shopped here often enough to become familiar with them. They're definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm searching for parts. Whenever they don't have what I'm looking for, they've always been pretty good with pointers; which is on a level of customer service you don't see with other salvage yards. I usually just stop in to say hi when I'm looking for whatever or see if they've got what I need by searching them online. I've bought so many parts from them over the years I can't remember but this last time in was a convertible top for an 03 Mustang GT. Once pulled a set of leather seats for a 74 Mark IV; that was a fun project! They've done some good work for me too. Solved a tricky A/C bug I was having with old Mercedes 190E years ago. Swapped out some Town Car airbags for coil springs. Good stuff. Always honest and fair which is something you don't always see in this business.

So called earlier today to set up and to get a car junked. Awesome experience. Talked to a girl…read morenamed Natalie. Helped me with everything and was very nice. Had to call back a few hours later to get a few ducks in a row on my end. When I called back Natalie was gone and some rude guy with a huge chip on his shoulder, would not let me speak or even ask a question. And when I kept waiting for him to finish speaking to tell him I had a couple questions that would help me to answer his, he literally spoke over me LOUDER TO SAY " Am I coming at 4 o'clock are you gonna answer the question or not?" I'm in customer service and have been 15 years. I don't even know how they have this person representing or answering anything. They should stick with professionals like Natalie answering calls and keep this very upset with life human being off the phones. So sorry to say that I can't even say how the actual business went. Cause they couldn't manage a simple phone conversation. Good luck if your in that area though. Would love to think however based off a recommendation that not all interactions there are like this, also based off the interaction I had earlier with Natalie. But no one should be spoken to like that from a business. And would love to provide a name of this perturbed individual but of course, couldn't get a word out to ask a name. And he didn't say his when answering like the other people did. But whoever's answering phones at 3pm Thursdays be switched lol

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.
