When my car was pulled in a technician made a snide remark about the tires getting replaced. They were done very quickly. I noticed my car stuttering on the highway and took it to a mechanic, who said I had a bunch of metal weights left inside my wheel well, and if I kept driving on it there would've been damage to my car or worse.

I called to see if I could exchange it for the correct one and I was told they have a 30 day return policy by both a rude counter person as well as a rude manager. I was clear that the tail gate is not even out of the package and I do not want money back. I only want the correct tailgate that their parts person failed to look up correctly in the first place. i provided receipt and item in the original box, still no cooperation or willingness to help. Buyers beware. Their mistake will be blamed on you for not opening your parts and checking them. Besides, LMC truck is roughly 30% cheaper i have discovered.
