Not once did they pressure us to out spend our budget, they made us a great offer and they are the highest caliber professionals you will ever meet in a car dealership. If you don't buy from them than you are losing out. I absolutely loathe buying a car but after going there they have a customer for life. Don't bother with all the big name dealers, go here and be treated like family and actually feel appreciated as a customer. The general manager was more than happy to work with us with our trade and he made us feel like we got the best deal that we could. We went several places for offers on our vehicle and rotolos was the best. We felt very comfortable with their staff. We opted to get the rust protection etc and those services required rotolos to keep the car for a day. They not only called me the next day to schedule the time but offered me a loaner vehicle to drive so I wouldn't sit there all day. I would recommend to everyone that you check out the selection at rotolos. Their prices are fair and there service is wonderful.

Appeared to be highly competent and experienced. Price was less than half the cost of a remanufactured alternator.
