They were able to fix my sun/moon roof the same day I brought my car in, which saved my vehicle from potential water damage with bad weather coming in. While I do not remember the name of the lady and gentleman who helped us - I did want to say that the service department went above and beyond yesterday in assisting us with the nail we found in our left rear tire. We weren't on the schedule, but they worked us in and graciously assisted us and helped us get on our way to a family holiday function with only a minor delay. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable and lower than what I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician could have simply plugged the hole, but went the extra mile and removed the tire to verify that the nail didn't embed into the sidewall. Some garages in the area would not have taken that level of detail. Everyone from the guys at parts desk to everyone wearing a Jenkins and Wynne shirt or sweater were very nice, super friendly, and made you feel like you were among dear friends. We are very appreciative for everything the service department did for us yesterday and will definitely be in for our regular service time when we come due. It had been a pleasure!

I figure if I'm gonna pay dealer prices for OEM parts I better get OEM parts but looks like it's not the case at this dealership. I drive a lot of miles and never had any issues and other states getting my OEM parts for my truck but I guess I'll stop going here once again. Try to give him a chance but there doing the same thing as they did before. This is the Ford elite super duty parts area . Here is the picture of the filter they gave my son. Well, today was the day the devil wanted to play with me. Left my house to go to work and my car…read morewouldn't start. I own a Lexus RX 450h and I was so stressed. After talking to my Lexus dealership we concluded that it was the 12v hybrid battery. So after USAA jumped started my car we drove to advance auto parts (after calling to confirm they had the battery we needed) and was faced with such GREAT customer service. EVERYONE we spoke to was super helpful! They had us come back because one of them was going on lunch and he said he'd help us change it out and do any computer work that was needed. I believe his name was Josh. He helped my husband and we are so grateful! This place is A1. After a stressful morning they literally saved our day! Highly recommend. Josh was great.
