I walked in two minutes early, and Melody the desk was very taken back and told me that she was not open in a very rough attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I had an appointment in two minutes that I made online. She told me that there was no appointments for me at 7:30 but she doesn't have anyone that comes in until 9 o'clock that even remotely able to help me. That was not her problem that it was corporate's problem and tough luck. I mean there was a bit of words exchanged, and I tried to stay as quiet as I could, but I ended up leaving and going to O'Connor Automotive in Palmyra, New York.
